They’re kind of overwhelmed at this location. You stand at the register for well over 5 minutes before someone acknowledges you. They seem to need an additional employee. I ordered in-store to go and it’s been 45 minutes and counting. The guy told me they were still working on my pizza then the other guy grabs the one I expected to be my order out of the warmer a few minutes later “here ya go.”

James happened to answer our call today about 45 minutes ago for a pick up order. He was incredibly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me and mine! And though we didn’t expect him to and upon our arrival, he was already on top of it, bringing our order out to our truck! He’s a keeper corporate! Our food was great as well!

Thank you James and thank you Pizza Hut! We’ll be returning and we’ll definitely spread the good word!

I ordered my pizza 2 hours before I needed it so scheduled a pick up for 6:15. I got there at 6:10 and they were just taking it out of the oven. It was hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a good Pizza Hut no complaints. Give them a try.

Completely at a loss for words. A week ago I ordered the big dinner box and 1 of the specialty pizzas was missing multiple ingredients. After calling the store, they told me they were out of those missing ingredients and would give me credit for another day. Cool. Well, today was that day and guess what.. Same pizza missing ingredients again!! How hard is it to put the pesto drizzle on the pizza?? That’s literally why I ordered this specific pizza.. After many attempts to call the store back and no one answers or it gets routed to a hub, I give up and well, here we are.. Will not be using the store again. Ever..

Pizza burnt missing items, slice missing from 1 of the pizzas! And wings cold! Called manager was rude! Didn’t care said go ahead and dispute my credit card will not refund me or make it right! $90 dollars worth of food !! Never order from there

I placed an order through the app and drove to the restaurant at the time the order was scheduled to be ready. The employee told me the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I waited until 30 minutes past the original schedule time before I inquired again about my order. The same employee again told me it would be another 5-10 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and a general manager named Lucy came to the counter and said she had 2 new employees. I told her that waiting for over 30 minutes at this point was unacceptable. She went to the register and gave me a receipt that showed my order was cancelled and she instructed one of the employees to throw my food away. I told her I didn’t want a refund I just needed my order and give my feedback as a regular customer that a delay of over 30 minutes was unacceptable. She said she canceled the order and I had to leave the restaurant. This is not the service I expected especially from the general manager.

Do not order from this location. The delivery times are never accurate and they consistently show up 30-45 minutes late. Waited on hold for 20+ minutes just to get a refund. Eventually just hung up after waiting for the general manager. The pizza was 41 minutes late after paying $10+ for delivery on a $14 pizza.

Don’t dine in. No music, boxes stacked on the tables, employee sodas left on the tables. Doesn’t look like the dining room is meant to be open, we asked if it was and the employee said yes. Standing at the counter and asked where the menu was, the register employee, without a word, moved a notepad to reveal a small scan code taped to the counter and stood there. When we got our food we asked for cheese and pepper, the employee responded they are 99 cents each. After we paid fifty bucks for pizza and wings, I think it’s common business sense to give five cent packets to a customer. Wow Pizza Hut. Don’t even care what the food tastes like now.

If you’re ordering online, buyer beware. Placed the order through the app at 6:24 pm with an estimated delivery time of 7:49-7:59 pm. I was waiting for the delivery to be able to take medication. At 8:04, I called and without speaking to anyone, I was placed on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes, someone answered and immediately hung up. I called back and whoever answered said simply “I can’t take new orders, our system went down.” I asked what time the system went down so I could ascertain if my order was impacted and was told it was an hour ago. She said they’re simply refunding every order they see and then hung up on me without confirming any details for my order. Well, my bank still shows the charge pending – I’m sure I’ll be cut off again if I try to call so I’m not wasting my time. I’ll be disputing the charge if it posts.

TL; DR – I’d only recommend phone orders or do it in person if you’re desperate… but really just go somewhere else.

THE WORST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER DEALT WITH, EVERY DELIVERY IS ALWAYS LATE THE FOOD WAS WRONG AND TO MAKE IT BETTER IT WAS COLD. CALL CENTER IS USELESS AND ATORE NEVER ANSWERS, I WENT TO PICK UP MY ORDER 35MINUTES AFTER IT WAS AUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED. DO NOT WASTE YOU’RE MONEY HERE
