The WORST delivery pizza ever. Ordered the New Yorker Pizza with 2 toppings and 2 My Hut Box both with wings. The pizza tasted like cardboard with hardly any sauce, cheese, or toppings. The wings were barely sauced and no dipping sauces for any of the wings. I normally order Marco’s Pizza but thought I would give Pizza Hut a try. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I will not be ordering again and will be sure to let everyone know that Pizza Hut’s quality is non-existent.

My wife and I decided to go dine in at Pizza Hut and to remember when we were going around back in hi school. The atmosphere is nothing like back in the 80’s, no salad bar the lights were off in half the restaurant, although later they turned the rest of the lights on.
We tried the new Melt It was great, it looks like a folded slice of pizza. But it’s thinner crust and just seemed to have more meat. I had the meat lovers. I recommend it

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The interior was very clean and neat. Once seated the server arrived immediately and took our drink orders. She even told us that if we ordered online that we would receive a 50% discount. Our pizza arrived and it was out and fresh, it was one of the better pizza’s that I ever had at Pizza Hut. The service was outstanding.

I don’t know who/what is over the quality of your food but I can definitely tell that there is no pride in your product. I don’t know who cooked my food, prepared my food or why they did such a job. You can look at this monstrosity and tell it should have been done over and handed to anyone. I have been calling the store to speak with a manager and no one has answered. This is definitely a learning lesson…..

My child wanted pizza and luckily they had a $2 personal pan in July 2025. There was no customers to form a line nor customers eating inside when it was raining and thundering. But the place was dead as there was no customers eating inside the franchise. Perhaps going back nostalgic in the light fixtures and benches would benefit as it would bring back memories to so many customers.

Horrible customer service, Joseph was a rude employee that answered my few inquiries with “I don’t know”. I got charged more for a thin medium supreme than what they charged me for a thin large supreme. There were also people behind me in line, Joseph abruptly turned around to go to the back for several minutes, the people behind me got frustrated and left. I got charged 18.39 for a medium thin supreme and 17.99 for a large thin supreme. What gives Pizza Hut???

HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 medium pizzas with garlic Parmesan wings. These are regular wings with garlic Parmesan sauce thrown on the side of the bowl! Gross. Pizza was folded when I got it (WOW). How are they still in business? No sauce for the wings, no cheese no peppers like I asked. Fire the whole staff, this is ridiculous. Never ordering from here again!

The rudest girl answers the phone here. Called and asked for specials bc i was driving and wanted to place an order for pickup.
She says idk there’s alot… proceeded to take my order as if she was in a rush and then hung up. She tried my patience with the first comment, but I was still cordial and being nice.
That girl needs to not be on the phones and idk if she needs to be touching people’s food either with her nasty attitude.

Never again. The manager/cashier was very rude. Didn’t properly explain what me and a friend of mine was ordering. Was not helpful and being extremely aggressive and heated. Poor customer service for the most part. She shouldn’t be at any customer service jobs ever.
