Never had to leave a negative review at Pizza Hut, until now. Ordered a “Pan Pizza” receipt says “Pan.” Called the store and they confirmed it’s a pan pizza, but it is “fresh.” It’s not crispy, no oil, very doughy, not enjoyable. My wife won’t eat it. The cinnamon sticks are pan. How do I avoid this next time? Do I make a special request? Order from a different store? Avoid Pizza Hut?

WHERE’S THE BEEF (and pork)???? I had an extremely difficult time ordering for delivery. That should have been a clue. However, once my Supreme Pan Pizza was delivered, I was disappointed in the lack of beef and pork. It looked like a pepperoni pizza that I would NEVER order. Also, there were no Parmesan cheese or red pepper packets nor do I remember being asked if I wanted any. I can be mistaken about that. The pizza looked beautiful and tasted pretty good; if you like pepperoni pizza. A bit undercooked but I rather that than “over”. I can always stick it in the oven.

Pizza was very dry not appetizing at all ordered the pasta had no sauce noodles were crispy and burnt cheese was thrown in not spred out and stuck to one side of pasta cinnamon roll were only covered on some with icing..overall it just looked like someone did not take the time to make it right..it was my first visit at that store and probably the last..matter of fact not sure I will ever waste my money there again..the food is still sitting there waiting to be thrown away

Pizza has been inconsistent. Ordered a hand tossed and half of the pizza looked like a thin crust. The pizza also had little to no sauce. In this case, a little does not go a long way. lol

The staff(manager included) is by far the most aggressive and rudest staff ever! Avoid at all costs. It was a horrible experience to endure while picking up an almost $80 order. My kids and I were in the mood for Pizza Hut. Big mistake! Well this location is. I will not return to this location as I felt very scared and shocked at how they speak to customers. It’s not good for business and the way this world is it’s not good for safety. I’ll stay away. I would like for you all to please treat paying customers with kindness and respect.

Since a little boy Pizza Hut thin and crispy with extra sauce has held a special place in my heart. So when they mess it up like they did today it breaks my heart! The crust was burnt. They didn’t put any sauce in my pizza. I even tipped them. smh Won’t be going that way anymore.

I really love this location. They always get my order right and it’s always perfect…and usually VERY, VERY hot. Too hot to eat and that’s not a complaint…lol!! I always get the pan crust, which some locations always mess up, and it is always a perfect golden brown, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, like good bread should be. And just writing this review is making me crave that taste! There are a lot of local pizza places that are outstanding when you get them on the right day, which is like playing roulette. This location has a good day EVERY day and the quality of the pizza is consistently above the rest.
