The manager was very cooperative and very friendly….also was aware of the length of time it takes for the food to be processed through the oven! Not to mention the store has been rated A/100 /90 over all performance! The place is order… All of the condiments are stock and floors and walls are clean!

I ordered online like I always do. Delivery said 20 to 30 mins as I live about less than a mile away. Delivery was late and cold… and it was an outside delivery service. She asked about tip and I told her that the tip I gave was paid for with my credit card amd should be on the receipt. She said she did not receive tip. I told her that I was not about to tip twice. I told her to go to the pizza hut and get her tip. Doesn’t make sense to pay the tip online only ro have someone who doesn’t work for pizza hut to deliver and ask for another tip. Made me feel awkward

The driver was extremely late, they didn’t have the wings we ordered. The staff said something was wrong with their system because it said the food had been delivered when it was not. We called and got hung up on multiple times. We called from another phone and they answered then heard it was our order and hung up again on purpose. It was for my nephews birthday party and they took so long he fell asleep. They are party poopers for sure.

Never again well, I order from Pizza Hut on December 12 I ordered a delivery from them after a long day of work for me and my family 60$ worth after I received a notification that my delivery was delivered, I contacted them that I never received it. Apparently the driver left it somewhere else. I called them and told them it was never delivered. I told them it’s already late I’m just gonna start cooking dinner. Just refund my money back. The manager told me it’ll take 2 to 3 business days. so I waited nothing was refunded so I reached out and contacted the main office and made a complaint. They said someone will contact me in 3 to 5 business days here we are today and still nothing. I consider the money lost, but never again will I order from you guys since you don’t know how to take care of your customers.

I selected Pizza Hut over Dominos because they have a large dinning area. I ordered the pizza ahead of time due to our distance from home, the time of day, and we wanted to eat inside. They wouldn’t let us eat inside and said dine in wasn’t available. The place was completely empty and clean and they had more than enough room. At the register it asked for us to let them know how our dine in experience is but we didn’t have the chance to enjoy dine in. Very misleading. No explanation was provided. Had a staffing thing been the issue we would’ve understood but nothing was said.

As a single mom on the go I wanted to eat dinner with my kids and sit down together for once. I was told by the girl in the front we could not dine in since she was short staffed. There was no one inside. We could have cleaned after ourselves. Paid over $40 for 1 pizza and 1 order of wings. Could have let us sit in and eat our dinner. Very disappointed

I had not been to this Pizza Hut in a long time. I used to family here when we lived closer to the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the changes I saw. The restaurant has been updated and remodeled and it looks much better than before. The food was good too. The order was accurate and tasted great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will order from here again wherever we get Pizza Hut.

So first off let me say Curbside doesn’t exist in this location.
I chose curbside for a reason … I was in the parking lot for at least 10mins before I called twice & they would just tell me “ I’ll let them know you’re outside thank you have a great day” and hang up .
So I had to get off and pickup and I asked if they do curbside and lady at front said “ I just got here I don’t know if they do curbside “
I get home, I realize pizza seems dry?
Turns out I think they skipped the sauce …
Hate spending so much money and for the food to not turn out good ….
