The dine in pizza experience has nearly become obsolete. Everyone is looking for that instant gratification and to go experience. I’m happy to see that is not the case here. The energy the team brings, specifically Ms. Quinchelle,

Gave me wrong toppings and then realized after coming out of the oven that it was mushrooms not olives and made an excuse and added mushrooms on the same pizza and put it back half way in the oven which left the mushrooms raw. Made me sick to my stomach after eating it.

Id give a 0 of i could, I ordered online was just missing the 2 dips I paid extra for so I called and they didnt want to come back so they offered credit or for me to go get it. So I asked for a refund for what I was missing and they immediately said ok we’ll send someone to bring it. I waited for an hour and called 6 times no one came or answered the phone. Won’t order with them ever again.

Ordered food online , waited for 45 minutes and never got my food . Called pizza hut and they bounced me around on the phone and tried transferring me to the store location 3 times where no one answered phone.called pizza hut for the 4th time and was told there was nothing they could do to help me or give my money back .she also tried to transfer me store location for 4th time. And gave me the number to corporate to call myself. Not once did any of pizza hut employees ask me for my order number . Worst service ever .no wonder they losing business .I will never buy from them again

Greeted with a cashier guy that looked sloppy wiping his forehead and was right away asked if for dine in or carry out we said dine in. He said what do yal want? Side note: there’s no menu posted anywhere so I asked is there a menu we can look at ? He pointed and two pieces of paper on the counter and walked away. It was awkward and weird to the point we just left. Very disappointed as Pizza Hut as my son said the king of pizza places but apparently not anymore. Please do better

Don’t order the fries at The Pizza Hut on San Pedro for $5 this is what you get and they’re soggy too. Plus, we place an order half an hour before we were picked it up and it still wasn’t ready. No wonder the fries were soggy you get more fries at Whataburger.

I reckon I have never been to this Pizza Hut location. The one in WW White RD. Is no good.
This location provided me with a friendly face employee and accommodating staff. The pizza was good in my experience. Some locations are terrible. But this location treated me with respect and dignity.
Good quality tasting pizza!! I recommend this location. Hopefully they keep up the good work always. The franchise owner should be very proud of running a good team. Kudos my dear franchisee owner, kudos!!
