i really wish i got the two guys names that handled my order tonight! they were nothing less than amazing. they had a situation going on around there store and they still treated me kindly and handled everything w/ the best customer service i’ve ever received! shoutout to them! i had just got off work and placed an order for pickup thru doordash.. between 30min-1hr of close. they were patient and friendly with me. i gave them a blessing for xmas, and wish nothing but the best for them. much love!

My experience with this Pizza Hut was terrible! I ordered my pizza at 7:42 pm and was set to be ready in 9 min. I then drove to the store just to find nobody at the front counter to help us out I yelled for someone a couple times and nothing ng, mind me I was not the only customer there. The pizza was clearly ready and still on the oven with other pizzas behind the other ones. We thought the place had been robbed or something because this was not normal for a business to act this way. One of the employees then comes to the front just to say the manager had them in the back talking to them while our pizzas burned on the oven, so we had to wait for more pizzas to be made and didn’t end up leaving Pizza Hut until about 8:20 pm. The other customers walked out because they to we’re not taken care of! This behavior is not acceptable and most definitely not good for business. I’ve been going to Pizza Hut for years and years now, and I will no longer be going to them anymore. This needs to be fixed, im very disappointed with Pizza Hut!

Dear [Manager/Customer Service],
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the service I received at your Pizza Hut location on Roosevelt.
After placing an online order, I went inside to pick it up. The employee assisting me appeared visibly upset when I chose not to leave a tip after being prompted. When I asked to add an item to my order, he refused, stating, “not right now because I’d have to start another order.” I found this response both unprofessional and dismissive, especially as I was a paying customer simply requesting additional service.
In order to avoid further conflict, I calmly stepped outside and placed a new order. I had a friend go inside to pick it up, but upon entering, my friend was immediately yelled at by the same employee. He claimed the order had already been handed out and only after my friend clarified that it was a separate order did the employee reluctantly fulfill it.
This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect courteous and professional service, regardless of whether or not I leave a tip. I am disappointed that this interaction escalated to the point where my friend had to deescalate the situation with your staff.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed appropriately to ensure future customers are not treated in the same manner.

Decided to give this Pizza Hut another chance. Worst decision I could have made! Not only was my order late but the food was absolutely horrible. Pizza was cold, over cooked, cut sloppy, and the crust fell apart as I was trying to eat it. What is wrong with this location? It’s like the workers have no respect for the customers. We pay for the food we should receive a quality product in return. The workers simply do not care or have not been trained properly. Do better Pizza Hut @ Roosevelt!

Servers and kitchen staff are too comfortable with each other. Laughing and joking and bit paying attention to the job at hand. Manager doesn’t seem be strict with them and tell them to get to work. Waited 20 minutes for a salad while are our server was now where to be found. Not happy with the service. But food was great

The service here is amazing, if an order was messed up, they would remake it without charging me. The employees are also nice and very respectful.

This review is ongoing. At location now. We chose to dine-in. Josie the waitress/ cashier/?? rudely asked if were dining in. We said yes. We were then rudely told to order at the register. We are waiting for pizza now. Will update this review. Pizza came. It was good.
