Ordered the cheese steak melt, two of them and a New York style pizza with pepperoni. The cheese steak melts weren’t too bad so I previously had no complaints about them. I will say there was very little cheesesteak in the cheese steak melt. I did ask for extra bell peppers and they definitely got that right. However it was cold when it delivered. Which makes no sense since the location is approximately 3 minutes away. My New York style pizza arrived missing pepperoni, cold, and it looks like it may have been dropped. You’ll notice in the photo all the pieces are separated. We did not do this. It was like this when we opened the box. My daughter grabbed a piece and put it in the microwave before I could take a photo.. smh Not a good experience with Pizza Hut. Probably will not order again

The absolute worst there ever was! They will gladly take your money then give you cardboard to eat. They do not listen to instructions. Never pay for extra cheese because it will not come with it. They will give you an estimated time of arrival and show up 45 minutes later with cold pizza. I’ve ordered enough pizza from them to feel justified in leaving a bad review. Pay your workers better or at least get ones who can read a simple order form.

Delivery was LATE bout 30min. I called kept getting operators got transferred 4 times before I asked them to check numbers finally got in touch with store when I finally got order it was wrong and had mushroom which I asked for NO MUSHROOM due to allergy, when talking to manager he said he couldn’t do much since.he didnt know if it was consumed after telling him about allergy and i let him know i been on hold for over 40min on top of the 1hr i had already waited for the food, now i have to wait til morning to talk to someone else…. It never fails when we order from PIZZA HUT that our order is always cooked and made exactly how we requested it…the staff was friendly and kind. I even had help carring my order and nice gentleman opened the door for me. We ate that Big Dinner Box, not even thirty minutes later…it was all gone!!

I don’t ever order Pizza from Pizza Hut I always do from D because well the pizza is delicious. I remembered I had tried the meatballs from here when someone else ordered it so I figured I try it again since my other guys don’t have meatballs. I ordered online… I waited over an hour for delivery. Online times for delivery are not correct. Noted 40-50 minutes. When I called to check in it they said yeah online time will always be wrong. Then why didn’t I get a call from place when I ordered just to let me know?! Other places do.. Pizza gets here and it’s not made exactly the way I ordered it online. Called and they sent another out… Although they tried to fix it it still did not have extra sauce like I ordered. Oh well. Good thing I used a coupon. $12.00 with coupon.
