The manager at this location is very rude and helpless. I placed an order online for carry out and when I got home I saw my supreme pizza had almost no toppings. I called the store to see what they could do to make it right and the manager said I HAVE to take the pizza back or he cannot help me. I don’t live close to this location and it’s very inconvenient for me to drive back and forth over the employees/management mistake. He said there is nothing he could do to help me and hung up the phone. I called 2 times and they repeatedly would leave me on hold on purpose. Worst management and customer service.

Ordered pan crust on both of our pizzas included in one of the bigger bundles. Upon pickup the problem was addressed and manager assured both of us it was what we ordered.
Guess What? Hungry family, with the aid from Red Cross finally had made it & were waiting at our home.
We left the store with 2 pizzas served incorrectly.
The sauces weren’t available so we were given others to include the pesto sauce on the side because it was forgotten, I’m guessing. And let’s not forget the BONELESS WINGS… I think the kids called them out. They said how are those SCOOBY SNACKS supposed to feed 2 of us. They were smaller than the pieces of pepperoni that did exist on our pizza.
They were busy. We had hungry family waiting that are traumatized from watching their home get washed away and even tho food wasn’t the top of their list when we did get the adults to eat, his brother made a comment saying, “Next time should try Dominoes. Even lil ceasars stop n go are better than this.”
I felt So bad. Pizza Hut had always been my favorite but….

The staff at this Pizza Hut location is incredible! On my visit, there was only one young lady working, and she did a fantastic job handling a very long line of customers. We all had to wait patiently, but she was so efficient and friendly that it was no problem at all. She also did a great job keeping the place clean, which was impressive considering she was running the whole store by herself.
I also have to shout out their amazing “$2 Tuesday” deal for a personal pan pizza with up to two toppings. This is a game-changer and a special that everyone should know about. It’s a truly amazing value. This young lady deserves a raise, and the location could definitely use a few more hands to help her out!

I don’t ever order Pizza from Pizza Hut I always do from D because well the pizza is delicious. I remembered I had tried the meatballs from here when someone else ordered it so I figured I try it again since my other guys don’t have meatballs. I ordered online… I waited over an hour for delivery. Online times for delivery are not correct. Noted 40-50 minutes. When I called to check in it they said yeah online time will always be wrong. Then why didn’t I get a call from place when I ordered just to let me know?! Other places do.. Pizza gets here and it’s not made exactly the way I ordered it online. Called and they sent another out… Although they tried to fix it it still did not have extra sauce like I ordered. Oh well. Good thing I used a coupon. $12.00 with coupon.

Thursday, December 22, 2022 – 8:45pm excited and merrier than ever. I spent the day at work thinking of Pizza Hut (Austin Hwy.) cheese sticks covered with extra cheese and double toasted! Just think about that, what a mouth watering image.
Sadly the manager could not figure out how to make this dream possible because for her it was impossible to add extra cheese. Deeply disappointed.
Luckily there’s good people further down the road and at the Pizza Hut in Nacogdoches they were able to make the dream come true, simple, quick and without hesitation.

Ordered the cheese steak melt, two of them and a New York style pizza with pepperoni. The cheese steak melts weren’t too bad so I previously had no complaints about them. I will say there was very little cheesesteak in the cheese steak melt. I did ask for extra bell peppers and they definitely got that right. However it was cold when it delivered. Which makes no sense since the location is approximately 3 minutes away. My New York style pizza arrived missing pepperoni, cold, and it looks like it may have been dropped. You’ll notice in the photo all the pieces are separated. We did not do this. It was like this when we opened the box. My daughter grabbed a piece and put it in the microwave before I could take a photo.. smh Not a good experience with Pizza Hut. Probably will not order again

I’ve had Pizza Hut from this location several times and it’s been hit or miss but this will be my last time ordering from this location. I ordered today to take advantage of the $7 deals and to save a few bucks, well here’s the result: No dinner and out of a couple of bucks. Everything went straight into the trash. I spoke to a gentleman at the store who offered a refund which I accepted.

I was craving pizza, so I went to Pizza Hut. The cashier told me about the Hut Box with personal pan pizza, four chicken wings, and a 20 oz soda for $9.19. I ordered it, and it was really good. The pizza came with two toppings. Service was quick, and the food was served hot. I will definitely go back.
