Order the pizza on the 27th waited an hour and a half tried to call and got cut off the three different numbers that I was given was not unable to get the store to answer the phone so I had to come all the way down to pick up my pizza was informed they didn’t have any drivers and that Uber eats was supposed to bring it I didn’t order through Uber eats I ordered through the Pizza Hut app if that was the case they should have told me. When I got to the store the person I’m assuming was the manager did remake my pizza for me and my wings I had to ask him what he was going to do for me and I had to ask for a dessert to compensate me for the $5 tip I left for a driver that is non-existent. I really enjoy Pizza Hut but if this is the kind of service I’m going to get I will never come to this one again

Don’t order from here. There’s a ton of better options elsewhere where in town. It’s always hit or miss with the majority of times being miss.
I just ordered, the pizza wasn’t cooked well, cheese smelled horrible, placed looked dirty. But extra dipping sauce and they always forget to add it.
Just not worth the headache.
The other one in town is even worse. Don’t recommend.

Delivery orders beware this store uses DoorDash for deliveries generally providing a sub optimal service. DoorDash does not deserve more business.
If this store is suffering from staffing issues so they don’t have delivery drivers then there’s more problems that need to be addressed.

23 Jan 26, between the hours of 7:15-7:23: Watched an employee guide my pizza with his bare thumb while boxing it. Completely unsanitary and inexcusable. Lost all trust in this place’s food safety practices.

So sad to have this experience, this is now the second time I have tried this location and the pizza has been inedible. I tried a few months ago and tried it again yesterday. My pizza had a terrible flavor and was raw in the middle and fell apart. I love pizza hut but this location is terrible 🙁

Luckily I didn’t pay over the phone because I ended up leaving without my pizza. I ordered 30 minutes before I even came in. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and didn’t even get to talk to anyone. Seems to be understaffed. The guy upfront kept saying it was a rough day and they are behind.
Would have waited longer if they would have at least helped a few people in front of me. He just kept putting pizzas in the warmer without saying anyone’s name.

I placed an order at 6:04 that said it would be delivered by 6:37. I called the store at 6:45 when the tracker still didn’t show the order being prepared. I selected the option for “concerned about order” and the phone rang four times and then hung up. I called back and selected the option for “place an order” and someone answered but was not friendly. He told me the wait was now an hour but they would prioritize my order.
The worst part is when the food was finally delivered at 7:44 it was barely warm and had been sitting a while.

Food was over a hour late, tried calling store and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. When we finally received the food it was extremely old and tasted days expired. Go anywhere else if possible

Even though the store was busy when I visited, the service was top-notch! The guy who helped me was incredibly kind and kept a smile on his face the whole time. It’s not easy to stay positive when you’re swamped, but he pulled it off. Seriously impressed with the great customer service! Thank you 🙂
