On 12/24/2024, I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut. The line was long, but I didn’t mind waiting. When I got my pizza, I didn’t check it because I trusted it would be correct. But when I got home, I realized it wasn’t a pan pizza. This has happened to me several times before, and I usually let it go.
This time was different. I just had a baby, and it was a lot of work to feed him, put him to sleep, and leave the house to pick up my order. I was really looking forward to the pan pizza, so I called the store. The woman I spoke to said they were out of pan & they tried calling everyone to let them know I told her but you could have let me know at the window before I left. She said she was not aware that it was not said when my order was given to me. She first offered to remake it if I brought back the pizza, but I explained that I live out of town and couldn’t make another trip.
When I asked if I could get a free pizza because of the mistake and the inconvenience I didn’t even mention how often this has happened before, she got rude. She told me I wasn’t the only customer and she would credit my account then hung up on me. I was polite the whole time and just trying to explain my frustration, so her attitude really surprised me & I asked her not to be rude to me.
It’s upsetting to pay extra for pan pizza and not get what I ordered. It’s even worse to be treated rudely when I wasn’t being disrespectful. I don’t think I’ll go back to this Pizza Hut after this experience.

I love this Pizza Hut but this evening I went in my table was not acknowledged for over 30 minutes. The food that day for my supreme pizza was not good at all. The mishrooms and green pepper weren’t cooked. I understand places get busy but at least acknowledge the customers.

The pizza that I ordered was undercooked and missing some ingredients. The boneless wings hardly had any sauce on them and some of the pieces were extremely small. Quality was overall very disappointing.

We were watching TV and saw the The Yorker Pizza, looked so delicious we ordered one. Much to our surprise it didn’t look at all like the one on TV, so I told them at the window when we picked up and they said it was the The Yorker, when we got home the commercial came on again wow what a disappointment, didn’t look at all like The New Yorker, looked like a regular pizza, didn’t even have enough pepperoni, I called Pizza Hut but they said that’s how they come out, that the pepperoni shrink when it’s being cooked, he did say he was sorry and have a good evening. It sure would be nice to get what they advertise for once!

Horrible service!!! I waited an hour for my order for them to tell me they were out of jalapeños if i wanted anything else on my pizza. Meaning after an hour of waiting they where just making my order. Horrible service!!!

Stood at the order window for 5 min before anyone noticed me. When someone did notice me they just looked at me and walked off and told someone in the back “someone’s up there”. Aside from that the exterior of the establishment looks tired with mostly all of the paint peeled off. The interior lobby where people eat looked like a storage and work space. Cleanliness isn’t a priority here.
