Quality of Life issues for Rural America which include Lack of modern facilities and infrastructure but the cost of goods and services we pay are above and beyond what Americans in Metropolitan Centers and big cities and yet Pizza Hut is the only Restaurant whom has been looking out for the Average American Family these days compared to other eating establishments which since Covid and the so called Supply and Demand issues years past has been pawned of on those of us whom look out after those whom prepare our meals at home by rewarding our loved ones by dining out and “pay ourselves” with a product such as ” The Best Pizza in America in my opinion hands down is Pizza Hut and the only eating establishment whom truly cares about making their product affordable to their customers today and beyond. Who can beat a Large 5 topping Pizza Pie for $10 that can and will feed a family of 3-4 people! Nobody beats Pizza Hut and the proof is in pricing which all other eating establishments have gone up in price considerably but one-PIZZA HUT IS LOOKING OUT FOR ME AND MY PARENTS WHOM ENJOY A GOOD VALUE AND REWARD MY MOM BY CARRY OUT AS IM GRATEFUL FOR PIZZA HUT COMING INTO COTULLA A FEW YEARS BACK AND AS MY BROTHERS KEEPER IM SPREADING THE NEWS TO REMEMBER PIZZA HUT AS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE LAND OFTEN IMITATED BUT NEVER DUPLICATED AND CONTINUES TO BE A GOOD CORPORATE CITIZEN IN A COMMUNITY OF 5,000 PEOPLE INCLUDING MANS BEST FRIEND by providing the same quality and taste in their product while holding down prices and would be remise if I didn’t remind my fellow Chicanos throughout our Country “Puro Pinche Pizza Hut Carnal!” Grateful and Kudos to Pizza Hut as I’m a happy camper and invite everyone if you haven’t done so- for better or worse coupons and apps are invaluable in keeping Cost of living prices down especially when eating out and the MVP in my estimation and compared to others-LOVE MY PIZZA HUT ME RE THAN EVER AND as Bart Simpson would say to Bart(Butterfinger commercial), “SHARE THE WEALTH BART, SHARE THE WEALTH!” Mi Raza and fellow Americans-PIZZA HUT HAS OUR BACKS AND THANKS FOR BEING HERE FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND OTHERS!

The absolute worse experience ever locally. Manager is beyond rude, ignorant and stupid. Came out yelling at me that he threw away the order because I took too long. The order was literally placed, 23 minutes before I got there. I understand this man talks to everyone the way he spoke to me and that is UNACCEPTABLE! The people in this community need to utilize the other restaurants that offer the same product in order to send a message. Flying J has pizzas. Exxon has pizza, Valdez Bakery has pizza and wings. This is not the way to run a local business. No hair nets, long, long hair, no plastic gloves, and no telling what else they are not doing and that’s the “managers” job to enforce this. Decided to order some wings from pizza hut because I was craving some and I thought they would be good since every other pizza hut usually meet expectations but this was probably the worst wings I’ve order ever. They hardly have andy sauce on them. Honestly it probably would have been better to get plain wings and go buy my own Buffalo sauce

I usually order wings online after leaving work to have something to eat, but the pizza hut site decided to glitch at checkout, ordered again and this time the site registered it. When I arrived and asked for my order the lady at the front counter started giving me attitude and just being rude because I accidentally ordered two times by accident. I tried explaining to the woman what had happened but she refused to listen and continued being rude in front of other people. The people working here absolutely hate working and the customer service is terrible. You lost a customer.

This place is so good! I had a pizza and hot wings yummy. The manager gave me the special wing flavor I think it was just lemon pepper and hot lol but either way totally awesome. I stopped in on my way to San Antonio no regrets.

I ordered online. The pizza and wings were ready when I got there, even though they were busy. Very pleasant employees. The food was fresh and good. I actually ate half, and then the other half the next day.

The worker guy asked me what I wanted, I told him to pick up an online order. He said he could not hear me; so all I asked the guy was to please turn down the music since he could not hear what I was saying. I even said it’ll help. I said it politely but he got upset and told me to shut up and get out. I even tried to explain that I was being polite but he refused to listen. He looked like a manager. If I am not welcome in a place I won’t return. This is a small town, poor customer service can kill a business. Very sad and disappointing; because I am always nice to everyone, no reason to treat people like this. My prayer for this guy is that he finds peace in his life. To live angry and frustrated your entire life must be tiring.

Well, i would like to start By, IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!! ITS SAD. I ORDER ALMOST 200.00 of Pizza for 20 Grown Man.. I went to Pick up the order and it was Ready.. Wooohoo. But Then thats when everything just Fell off the Map.. I asked for A SIMPLE . PEPPERS AND CHEESE AND NAPKINS.. AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT.. 20 Peppers, 14 Chesses and LITERALLY 12 Napkins.. I got 14 large Pizzas.. over 100 slices of pizza.. and I asked twice for the Condiments..SO THAT 1 LITTLE PACKET OF PEPPER FOR A ADULT AND 3/4 PACK OF CHEESE AND A 1/2 A NAPKIN PER PERSON.. LMFAO!! Its Crazy. LIKE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG.. IS THEIR A SHORT ON PEPPER OR CHESSE OR PAPER IN SOUTH TEXAS??? DOUBT IT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS PAYING FOR IT!! WTH??? I even told her ill pay for the Extra and she still only gives me that???? Hello??

Ordered 4 large thin and crispy pizzas as we were in town overnight only as part of our family vacation. Received a phone call advising that they only had 2 thin and crispy but they could do hand tossed instead, which was fine with us. The young lady who called was very apologetic and very sweet. When we picked up the pizza, they offered us a 3- liter soft drink of our choice for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service!!! Pizza was also very tasty.
