My daughter called in earlier to order pizza and wings for myself and her little ones. She works nights and was helping me out with dinner because I’m feeling a bit under the weather. She ordered half cheese and half veggie supreme w/jalapeños and wings. I drove in from Bryan and picked it up when I arrived. I opened the box to make my babies a plate and the pizza was not made correctly. No half cheese and jalapeños all over the pizza along with veggies they aren’t going to want. She called to see if we could possibly get them to deliver a small cheese pizza so our babies would eat as she had to leave for work. The female she spoke to on the phone made her feel as though it was her fault they screwed up her order, not any fault of theirs as she wasn’t there when the pizza was picked up. What does it matter if she was there or not? They got the order correct on the receipt, though. Thank you staff of Hearne Pizza Hut for ruining the dinner of an excited 3 and 6 year old that had been waiting patiently for me to arrive with their cheese pizza only to not have any at all because we only received a veggie supreme with jalapeños. Kudos on the amount of veggies though, hence the 3 stars for food. They were plentiful. By the way, this female refused to deliver a small cheese pizza to make it right. We were unable to make it back there. No vehicle to do so. My daughter had to go to work.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut pizza in a long time and even though the reviews were mixed we stopped anyway…Glad we did!

DO NOT GO HERE they have roaches and know it and don’t care server Lilly was not in the least bit welcoming never smiled or anything just asked us what we wanted and that’s it!!! When I went to tell another guy abt the roach RIGHT BESIDE ME while I’m trying to enjoy my meal also showed him the picture he gave me a blank stare and said “oh ok” all he said nobody ever went to go look at the roach before or after we left we sat in the parking lot for abt 10 minutes saw the server go over pick up the plates and that’s it. This place is disgusting and nobody there has any personality and VERY rude none of them need to be in customer service.

This is a pizza hut from the 80’s. The pizza was fantastic and the service was excellent. We got the thin crust pepperoni lovers, and it was perfect! This place is great!

Ordered and paid for my large salad around 6:30 pm and got a table. Over 30 minutes later, I noticed people that had come in 10 to 20 minutes later getting their orders delivered to their tables. I got a young lady’s attention and showed her my receipt. She apologized and left to see about salad. After waiting 30 plus minutes for my salad, it took 83 seconds to put my salad together and bring it to me. I left. 45 minutes later I sat down to enjoy my salad minus the Canadian bacon and pepperoni that wasn’t on it? There’s a moral to this story, has to be.

I just really love pizza hut. Wish there deep dish was like before when I was younger. If you remember then you know there’s a big difference. I got delivery this time and it shocked me how fast it got to me. I was expecting another 10 minutes at least but it was delivered fast hot and delicious

I was passing through town and decided to stop because my daughter had never been to a sit-down Pizza Hut before. The young lady waiting on us was very nice/friendly. They were slow at the time, not one guest but us. As we are leaving we go to use the facilities and I mean…. to say this ladies room looked like we walked through a door from the restaurant into a hoarders house would be putting it nicely!!!! It literally looked as though it hadn’t EVER been clean since the restaurant was built!!! We almost threw up our lunch!!!! We wouldn’t even touch anything to wash our hands, we just used clorox wipes I had in my car!!! As we left I stopped and mentioned how gross the condition of the ladies room was to the young lady whom had waited on us and her reaction was “REALLY???” as if shocked to hear that, however, she didn’t move from the spot she was in as we walked through the restaurant and out the door to leave, as if she was even remotely interested in cleaning it. We were only passing through town, so we’ll never be back there again, however, I feel bad for those who actually live there, to have THIS as their local restaurant.
