Absolutely fantastic location. This location is out of my way when I’m coming home from work but I come here because the other locations closer to me are trash. This spot has the best guest service I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. They had forgotten my wings once and immediately called me to let me know, though I didn’t get to the phone before I got home the out of the way effort they put in was greatly appreciated. Absolutely fantastic staff that deserve all the praise they can get!

Ordered pizza last week, they forgot our 2 Liter of Dr. Pepper. Delivery driver spoke negate 17 words of English and did not understand, “2 Liter of Dr. Pepper.” He held out google translate on his phone so I said “2 Liter Dr. Pepper” which translates to “2 litros de Dr. Pepper.” He was stumped.
Called the hut and the lady said he was bringing it to us, never came. Pizza we ordered with stuffed crust also no stuffed crust so thanks for the no Dr. pepper and screwing me on the price. Be BETTER, it’s not difficult to make pizzas and deliver them, I did it when I was 15, 16 and 17 years old at Dominoes with key maps and common sense.

Crust could have been crisper, it was pan but I did order it well done.
It would be nice if the app generated your order per your location. I was 2 minutes from the pizza hut I thought my order was being sent to and that I have ordered off the app from.

I see why they get bad reviews. Always avoided this location because of the reviews but ordered this time anyway. I ordered 11:30, they close at 1;00am. They PRETENDED like they never received it. I got charged and never got my food. I have to assume because they wanted to go home and closed up early. I’ll be contacting corporate like many others do. DO NOT order from this location.

Edit: Just got a large pepperoni, mushroom, and pork today. Pizza Hut still has the best dough available from a large chain. When properly proofed, it’s amazing. (Sometimes you’ve gotta find yourself a good Pizza Hut, but this location is on the ball more often than not.)
Got the Big New Yorker today. Kathryn was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. She made my pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had from a chain in months! I should’ve taken a picture before we started eating, hah.

This is the LAST time my family and I order from Pizza Hut. They constantly serve us pizzas that are stale and old or dough that is not up to par. I have called customer service, complained. Had employees credit my account. Only to mess up the next order. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas for dinner and one of the pizzas has a crust that was “pieced together”. The slices couldnt even be picked up because it was falling apart. There was a HOLE in the center of one of the slices of pizza! This lousy pizza was a joke. We wont be back. Save your money. Try Jets Pizza, MOD Pizza, Centercourt Pizza, or even Little Caesers..LOL! Its better than this trash!

Finding a pizza hut that is consistent is hard to find so I will update again but I got a few boxes last night from this location and it was so nice and cheesy and tasted amazing !!Order was ready on time (on a Saturday night) and front desk people were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back to try them again even though it’s a bit of a drive since the other two local pizza hut’s aren’t consistent.

Two stars since the other orders were ok. Not this one tho. Ordered a large 1 topping stuffed crust. Usually I have no problems and they Pizza is always delicious. This time, it had little no sauce! Terrible!
