Ordered the $2 personal pan pizza. Picked up 45 mins after order was placed although carry-out was an hour and a half wait. We had 3 of these and not one of them was fresh. The dough was flat, the cheese was no longer white and cheesy but stiff and translucent. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from any Pizza Hut. My 5 year old wouldn’t even touch it. It had obviously been sitting for longer than 45 minutes.There was no reason these shouldn’t have been made fresh considering one co-worker lounging around at the desk on her phone. The business was completely dead. No costumers or orders waiting. Highly unsatisfied with the food.

ordered and paid online. went to pick up in store and tipped after being asked to, they read back the tip as a dollar more and i corrected them and when i checked my bank they charged me an extra $3.25 than what my total was. Called and they said they’d put a $5 voucher in my account to make up for it and never received it. oh well. scammers

When i walked in to pick up a carry out order the employees were arguing back and forth. The manager wasn’t handling the situation and didn’t seem to have any urgency to him. Several people had been waiting excessive time and were asking about their order only to get responses that seemed full of attitude. I have never felt so uncomfortable and empathetic for other customers. Will never go back. Deleting app.

We used to rely on Pizza Hut for good pizza but that has changed lately, we complained last time came back exact same order three weeks later crappy food again.. asked for extra sauce nobody got any. Chicken wings barely have any sauce on them. I’m done! Then they had attitude about the $50 credit they game me. No more.

I usually love pizza hut, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered extra sauce on my pizzas because last time there was hardly any sauce on them. The sauce tasted bad, the tavern style pizza looked like a thin crust, the hand tossed was gummy in the middle, the cheesesticks had some stuff on top of them. The only thing that was good were the breadsticks, which there were twice as much as the cheesesticks. I don’t normally leave reviews but there was no phone number on the receipt to call and talk to a supervisor. I’d post pictures but I dont see an option for that.

I ordered a large meat lovers and some boneless wings. The crust was super doughy, cheese wasn’t melted, the pepperoni and hamburger meat wasn’t cooked (looked like it just came out of a deli). My order was supposed to been delivered by 1202, it didn’t get to me til 1230. When I received my order I started calling to inform them of my findings the phone just rang rang rang numerous times. Then someone finally answered and hung the phone up. So I called the 800 number after 20times of calling I finally got someone. The man informed me I was going getting a refund and a credit and a manager was going to be calling me. Fast forward Monday I haven’t recieved a call,credit, and no refund. So I call customer service again the lady was nice, she ended up telling me it was nothing she could do on her end but she was able to get me a manager in the store. Gary the manager was kinda of dry on the phone with the agent. Well he called me a hour later I gave him my info. He had a attitude and really didn’t want refund my entire amount. Seem like he was super short tempered and had a attitude. However I remained calm. Here it is tues and I still haven’t gotten anything….. who am I supposed to speak to able this manner. It n3ver took me so long to get a refund.

When someone comes into your store and the employees are not busy and the customer has eight boxes to carry out the least they could do is offer to open the door instead of just look at you struggling to get out the door. Not friendly at all and very rude. It would be different if the store was full of people but I was literally the only one in there. Teach your employees about friendliness and customer service.
