This pizza hut is very good! The order was delivered on time and was hot and fresh. I had the boneless garlic parmesan wings too, but didn’t get a pic cuz they were gone too fast, lol! Very happy customer!! Will definitely be using them again!

Food was cold upon delivery, gave the driver a clean $20 bill asked for my change and he looked at me like I was dumb so I asked for it again. After transaction he come back banging on my door 2-3 min later claiming I gave him a ripped bill. I made an order for delivery for my disabled son. The driver called me and I told his mother to meet the delivery guy outside. She said that she looked right at the delivery guy and he left. I called the store and the manager happened to answer. He said his driver was there 7 minutes and it is not safe for his drivers to wait. I don’t know what that means, but when I insisted that my $50 order should be redelivered, the manager instead said he would refund my money and hung up on me! I have not seen my refund and have already sent a message to corporate. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut does not believe in phone customer service and the recording says to call the store manager! Should I additionally mentioned that they were 30 minutes late even showing up.

this is the best pizza hut in baytown by far. the customer service is fantastic and all of the employees do their best to get the job done. not to mention the manager is insanely responsible.

The Cashier lady did not handle her pick up orders correctly, she can not multitask and handle her customers accordingly at all. Worst place to order your food especially if you already put an online order AND pay for your food in advance. She was basically dealing with customers who was placing their orders instead of asking other customers if they place a carry out order and paid in full. Just stand there the whole time and was waiting. Also wings looked soggy. Just the worst.
