Disappointed. This is the 2st time i tried this location because we were nearby. We ordered 2 medium cheese pizzas. One was fine and tasted great. The other one had a “cheese circle” on the pizza. The cheese didn’t even cover the pizza. What’s that about? I tried to contact Pizza Hut thru the app. It had issues that didn’t allow me to sign in so i wasn’t able to contact them thru there. So, I’m posting on Google to pass the information.

Ordered a pizza, ham and mushrooms. They have reduced or hams down to shoestring pieces and received approximately four pieces per slice pretty bad when it used to be that a ham slice was larger than a piece of pepperoni very few mushrooms to boot very little cheese. the experience was eating a piece of crust. They advertise it nobody come out do the hut hate to tell him even little Caesars cannot do the hut.

I was sorely disappointed with the service this Friday night. I was promised my pizzas by 60 to 70 minutes. I didn’t get them until 2 hours and 15 minutes! I tried 5 times to call the store and was disconnected each time! When we finally got our food, it was lukewarm. Although it did taste good, we had to microwave it to enjoy it! Shame on you Pizza Hut! I will choose another pizza store next time.

when the delivery driver delivered my food. He handed me me a receipt and asked if I needed to sign it then handed me a pen. After I signed it gave him a back the signed copy with a money tip and said this is for you. Not once did he said hello or thank you did not say a word to me. Do better

Would not even give 1 star but you have to. Ordered delivery and I asked the girl who kept putting me on hold if the bread sticks and pasta came with marinara and she said yes, or I would have ordered some. Ordered extra sauce and cheese on pizza and it has very little. Caller back and girl was very rude and asked to talk to manager who was even ruder. All she could say was umm. Asked for general manager and she said his name is Eric and will be here on Monday and hung up.

I had the best pepperoni pizza ready when i arrived waiting for me. Angel assisted me and made sure i didn’t leave without cheese, peppers, napkins and paper plates. Excellent experience. Too bad they were out of fries as my family enjoys those as well.
