The pizza didn’t even taste good. First time for that in a long time. And not made correctly!
UPDATE: Soo disappointed in myself for going back!! The pizza was missing a topping and the CRISPY melt was just a soggy mess! Manager so very rude and has a bad attitude, that I didn’t even call to complain! Why should I have to come back and waste my gas, or interrupt what I have going on for your mistake??

They burnt my pizza. They took forever to attend the window. The lady at the window was also very rude and condescending. I don’t expect to be treated like I’m royalty but at least bare minimum would’ve been okay.

I had a bad experience last night. The food was cold they were missing multiple toppings. Incredibly busy very understaffed the manager seems not to care at all. Enter top it all the food seems very rice and sloppy. Very disappointed for a major pizza Chain.

This location has improved during the pandemic … in the past, when picking up your pizza, if you didn’t check the box prior to leaving the store, odds were about 50/50 that you’d have mystery pizza when you arrived home … like they made whatever they felt like … they’re hitting a perfect score with me these days when it comes to order accuracy.
Avoid getting bacon as a topping unless you want pizza that’s dripping in excess grease. The cut of bacon they use is all fat – it might taste good but it’s a dripping, greasy mess!

I ordered 2 pizzas and there was barely any sauce.. I don’t even like a lot of sauce but there was literally nothing on the pizzas.. I’m pretty sure sauce is one of the main things for a pizza. Lol. It’s really sad how many ppl can’t just do simple things because of 0 gaf. But I’d get attitude if I went back and asked for my pizza to have sauce on it just do the job you literally get paid to do… or get a better job.
