The employees are super nice but the pizza is just okay. The hand tossed crust is paper thin (which it shouldn’t be) and when you ask for extra sauce on your pizza, you get super light sauce instead. Pizza was cooked… Barely… Over priced pizza, definitely. Also had to recut the pizza because it wasn’t really cut at all.

POOR management happening here, only one employee working doing everything. Can not possibly provide great service. Sent me with wrong pizza, then I call to talk with store about it being wrong. Was on hold for 20 minutes, drove back to store before even tried to answer phone. William did quickly offer to make the right pizza, just frustrating that this store is suffering from lack of employees willing to work or lack of scheduling enough. Not sure which but either makes me decide to go to different store.

I have given this Pizza Hut location 3 tries and I am never ordering from them again. The 1st time was a carryout order and it was just ok. The 2nd time was the same. I have had way better pizza from other locations. This most recent order was worse. I waited more than 30 minutes after receiving the out for delivery text and called to check on my order. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and frankly pretty rude. When I said I was just checking on the status she told me that the delivery driver gave part of our order to the wrong customer so she had to come back to the shop. It would have been nice to as least get a courtesy call or even text but we got neither and barely got an apology from the rude lady on the phone. And as predicted when our order finally arrived the pizza was cold and not great. So I will never use this location again which is sad because we really like pizza hut.

Should have read the reviews before going to this location. I normally go to Dominos but for some reason I wanted Pizza Hut (worse decision I could have made) I hate to say this because I know some people can’t control certain things and it may come off rude but when I showed up the person who helped me smelled insanely bad, I get that it’s hot but that persons body odor made me want to throw up… it wasn’t just that he smelled a little musty or that the store smelled bad because I didn’t smell anything untill he walked up to me, not only that there was dandruff all over his shirt. It wasn’t just a little dandruff and I know for sure it wasn’t flour it was full on dandruff and it grossed me out. I looked at his hands and they were clean and I’m hopeful he follows protocol but for him to have that much dandruff and have a hat on he must have been scratching his head all day. I didn’t want to be rude or let food go to waste so I paid and left but I couldn’t enjoy my food. I was too grossed out to eat my food and when I touched it the breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks where both somewhat cold. Pizza was decently warm but almost cold and I only live 6 min away from the location. Never again will I go to this location again considering this location doesn’t care about hygiene.

Pizza Hut Santa Fe just sucks all the way around. The old lady working the counter is very unprofessional and rude as hell, shouldn’t be in any position that deals directly with customers. This was the 3rd time going there, and all 3 times, she was there, and as always, service sucked. Lost my business for good. If you want wonderful Pizza Hut food and service, go to Pizza Hut across from Dog Track, 5 minutes away, ALWAYS on Point.
