This is a order to go location. The service is stellar. Mr. Aaron is an awesome person who believes in customer service. As I waited for my order I witnessed him bring an order out to an Uber delivery person. When my order was ready he personally brought it out to me vehicle.

Absolute worse pizza ever. It taste and look old. The cheese was dried up, shriveled up and burnt. I usually go to Brooklyn Pizza on Grand Parkway but decided to try something different. I arrived for pickup, no one was in the front then eventually a young man came out. Provided my name and he took the pizzas out the warming oven. I asked for pepper and parmesean packs and he said it’s a 1.00 each as he proceeded to walk away. I said no worries since my purse was in the car. My daughter opened the boxes as o proceeded to take her back home and even at 12 years old was disgusted. The pizza was old and crunchy. I had one slice which taste and felt like cardboard. If I didn’t have to return back to work I would of brought it back. Anyways, it went in the trash. Never again Pizza Hut. Matter of fact not just this location but I’m done with all locations. Fool me once and I’m done.

we ordered pizza and cheese sticks, sunday night around 10pm. moved to houston 3 months ago and first time in 3 months had such good experience with food from a pizza place. it was really good,fresh, hot, and full of flavors. Everything was cooked perfectly, and you can tell care went into making it. Definitely hit the spot and I’d happily order again!

Excellent service! Tired of going to the Dominos in Aliana and having my orders messed up. Been coming here the last year. Never had an issue. Food is always hot. Always ready on time. No wasted time! Kids love it!

We have been ordering from this PH for years! The customer service has always been great – fresh pizza, never dry or skimming on ingredients! Recently, with new management, customer service has been even better! We did a Teacher Appreciation event for our school, and the manager, Brittany and her team were super accommodating to our needs. I called pizza hut to inform them of the undercooked and unusually cold stale pizzas they delivered to me. Their manager said they cant do anything about it because I did not call them right away and they also hung up on me! With all the business we give them, neglecting a complaint from a customer is unacceptable for a company like Pizza Hut. This matter will definitely be escalated to the right offices today.

TERRIBLE. You have to deal with some answering service that has little interest or knowledge about Pizza Hut so you need to be placed on long holds just to verify a price. They don’t put your pizza in until you arrive and pay, so you will need to sit in your car 80s style waiting for the pizza you called in 20 mins ago. You will then need to deal with some surly surl that comes from his surlhole in the back to deal with you in the most surlish manner possible…
