For the most part if I pick up my pizza it’s pretty decent. But whenever I order pizza you charge me extra for sauces and the delivery person never brings them! And I order a decent number of sauce so it’s not cheap. I purposely go to the Pizza Hut app to avoid third party drivers and you guys always out source my order to DoorDash and it’s takes them 45 just to find my address. I call. I leave notes. I text but no matter what I do I can never get a driver to go through the gate on the left! By the time I get my food it’s always cold. I called the Katy mills location and of course no one answers the phone. I’m tired of being charged for items I never receive and getting cold as food tied to horrible service smh. Also I ordered a meat lovers and this pizza looks mainly like cheese with some meat smh. And it doesn’t look like it was cooked as long as it should have been.

The driest pizza with no sauce and I ordered it with extra pepperonis they had three pepperoni on each piece. It was 20 minutes late and cold. One pizza $25.00 is ridiculous. Time to close this Facility down.

Bad service, I’m still waiting for my order as I write this review I have been waiting over an hour. First they said because of rain driver never left the store, which is understandable. once the rain did stop I was told driver would be here in 10mins, it’s 9pm and driver still hasn’t delivered, I called back and was told once again driver said he would deliver in 10mins. Like who wants to eat a cold pizza. This is the worst Pizza Hut i ever dealt with. This is not the first time this happened but I still choose to give them an another try. Only one time did my order come on time and was hot which was delivered through a third part that was door dash. I don’t recommend this store for delivery! Maybe pick up is better, but I wouldn’t be ordering here again! As a general manager myself this is unprofessional and unacceptable!

The app for some reason didn’t recognize that I ordered a pepperoni, one large topping pizza but it came out with just cheese and thankfully they understood that it was an error within the website and they put the pepperoni on there for you. I really appreciated it! Hopefully pizza hut figures out they’re lame app

Don’t order from here unless you want to wait 2 hrs for cold pizza. Order pizza at 4:30 on Friday, got delivered at 6:44. App showed that it was out for delivery for over an hr. Called the store to check on eta was on hold for 30 mins with no one answering. I ended up hanging up because the delivery driver finally showed up. And this is not the first time, we keep thinking it’s a one off or they are short handed. But I really think the location just doesn’t care. Spend your money at a different location or a different pizza place.

LETS JUST START WITH THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO MANAGER SHOULD BE STUDIED!!! Or atleast have someone that speaks English. Thennn they have a deliver driver eating pizza on the clock whoever Alejandro is shouldn’t be at the register everything went wrong. It shouldn’t take over an hour for Cinnabons and wings. Many people came in and made complaints. This should be handed by corporate immediately!

Came by in person instead of getting it dashed…big mistake.
App tells you when your pizza is ready and i showed up early, waiting in my car and went inside the store to pick it up. Guy at counter told me it’ll be “5 more minutes”.
I paid for the pizza and selected $0 tip due to me tipping in cash. The 5 minutes became 25 minutes.
Once I got home, which was only 5 minutes away, I opened up the pizza and it was cold!! Like they made it and stuck it in the freezer!
