1 hour and 40 minutes for this pizza. Not sure where they left the cheese. Why it has 2 inches of crust. Why they were not able to say at least “sorry for the delay”. The awful attitude of the cashier. The order supposed to be ready at 7.56pm but actually was ready at 9.10pm. For this pizza on the photo???? Worst experience ever, not even Little Caesar does this. Terrible management. Make yourself a favor and go to Crust Pizza Elyson.

I am writing this review regarding an order I placed about a month ago. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected from Pizza Hut. There were issues with my order, and I called the store to address the situation and requested to speak with a manager.
While I appreciated the opportunity to speak with management, he mentioned he couldn’t do anything on this matter and would forward the information. He was very unprofessional and careless. I felt that my concerns were not fully resolved. As a loyal customer, I value good customer service and quality food, and I hope the store takes feedback seriously to improve future experiences.
I hope this review helps bring attention to customer satisfaction and encourages better communication and service moving forward.

Great experience at this Pizza Hut location near elyson! The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our cashier, Lenyana, was especially kind and provided great customer service. You can tell they care about their customers here. Highly recommend giving this location a try!

Apparently there was no Mgr on site last night. Ive frequented this location several times in the past 6 months…this by far was the worst pizza ive ever had. I spent $50 for 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls to be delivered and we couldnt eat it. Normally they put it in the thermal bag while in route to keep it warm. Well not this time everything was cold..clearly there were stops before mine and that’s fine but they should have at least been warm enough to eat. The 3 of us attempted a slice off of 1 of them and we each had the same reaction. The pizza was dry and cold so we didnt even bother to reheat it or eat the other one. Thr cinnamon rolls were xold and pasty tasting. I was ao disappointed. We ended up reheating a shephards pie. I literally wasted $50 on pizza still sitting on the counter. Months back, they asked me to write a review because their reviews are low….and I was happy to do so. Months later…..my review has certainly changed….my advice….find another location near you….if u do decide to patronize this location you may have better chances with picking up your order so that you can immediately get ur money back. Unfortunately I wasnt so lucky. I really want to drop this pizza off to then and dispute the charges with my bank. P

I placed an order for two pizzas with toppings, which I paid for, but I received two cheese pizzas. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order as I left the store because I was in such a hurry! When I got home, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, but she didn’t resolve the issue with the incorrect order they gave me, which I had already paid for! She only said they would refund the cost of the toppings I ordered. And they can’t deliver my new order because they don’t have drivers! THE WORST PIZZA HUTS STORE I’VE EVER EVER ordered from!

I had one of the worst experiences with this location. It took over 3.5 hours for my pizza to arrive, and when it finally did, the dough was raw and there was no sauce on it. To make things worse, they charged my account twice and then refused to issue a refund when I called about it.
This is completely unacceptable for such a well-known company that claims to value its customers. I felt undervalued, lied to, and robbed. I expected much better service and accountability. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

This Pizza Hut needs serious attention. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:10 PM, but when I arrived there was a crowd of people waiting and the pickup screen falsely showed my order as “ready.” After standing in line for 20 minutes, I was told my food actually wasn’t ready and they had no idea where it was in the process.
By 7:40 PM, I asked how much longer it would take. I said I could wait another 10 minutes, but if it was going to take 40+ more I’d rather grab food elsewhere. I was told 15 minutes—so I stayed.
An entire hour went by with no update. When I finally asked again, the front staff handed me two plain cheese pizzas instead of my two large custom orders. They weren’t even close to what I ordered. The employee admitted they had made pizzas but wasn’t sure if I’d “like them,” which tells me they’re just guessing at this point.
This store is clearly struggling with organization, communication, and order accuracy. Whatever system they’re using is not working.

Never had a problem when ordering pizza here , today I called asked for pan crust what do I get thin crust , thin pizza this is not what I asked for !!

Just placed an order through through the uber app and called about my order and wanting to add extra sauces. I didn’t get a chance to get a name but whoever was there today @2:00 pm 10-12-2025 did amazing with customer service. She was very attentive and friendly. She also Made sure my order was complete and right before getting to me. One of the best phone picks up I had in a while. Very proud of how she answered, I used to be a manager at this location and I can say they have definitely improved on customer service. Woohooo Katy Elyson Pizza Hut ❤️ it’s game day
