I placed an online order for a small personal pizza and a side of wings. My husband arrived to pick it up within the 15-minute timeframe provided, but the order had not yet been started. An employee had to ask the kitchen to begin preparing it even though we were already there. After waiting an additional 20 minutes beyond the original pickup time, we finally received the food. Unfortunately, the boneless wings had very little sauce, and two of the pieces were mostly hard breading no meat. Overall, the wait time and food quality were disappointing.

My two pizzas were delivered, and the cheese pizza was burnt.
I go to Pizza Hut and show the cashier, whose response was “What’s wrong”.
I know it can get hectic, but quality control should be a priority, which will prevent wasted inventory from remakes.
Needless to say they remade the pizza over, which means they will do right when you pick up, but are ok doing you dirty as a delivery order.

I paid for hand tossed crust they gave me thin. I didn’t notice until I made it to the other side of town. They told me they would make a new one I was like I can’t make it credit it to the account.. they say they can’t do that due to ppl making false claims. What does that have to

Please LOOK AT REVIEWS before ordering from brazos Town center !!!So DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order from this location looks like it’s something they do , it was my 2nd time ordering but the first I didn’t post . I ordered a pizza and it was BURNT ,hard as heck and cold when I got it ! This is horrible for having to come all the way from home since I paid cash to get my refund as well because they couldn’t send the drive back to give me my money. PIZZA HUT do better in hiring people that like their job! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT ALL THESE REVIEWS AND TO HAVE SOMEONE INVESTIGATE WHY this keeps happening!

Burnt. Bitter. Utterly inedible. These aren’t breadsticks; they’re charcoal masquerading as food. Where’s the flavor? Where’s the care? If I wanted to chew on disappointment, I’d have skipped dinner entirely. Pizza Hut, this isn’t a ‘hut,’ it’s a disaster zone. Sort it out!

Haven’t had pizzahut in a long time and decided to try out their newyorker. It was trash, overcooked, curled up pepperoni and the pizza was luke warm by the time I got it. I do not recommend and I will not be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered 2 medium pizzas, cinnamon rolls and breadsticks. Surprisingly, the pizza wasn’t burnt however, the cinnamon rolls were unfrosted and bread sticks were burnt and smothered in oil. We called and they apologized and promised to re deliver those items. After an hour of waiting we decided to call for an update. Instead of receiving any kind of help I was bounced around from person to person and then transferred to corporate with no luck. This place has gone downhill. Do not waste your time or money.

This is the second time we have had burnt pizzas. If this is a recurring issue at this location why does it keep happening? I am sure the person making them can clearly see what they are boxing up. And its truly unfortunate because Pizza Hut has always been our fav since Dominos has gone down hill lately. The quality at this location is horrible. I’ll stick to the Eldrige location by my moms in Sugar Land even though its a ways out. They make the most beautiful and cheesy pizzas and their staff is always so friendly.

Poor lazy staff will never come back to this location this picture show how much fries you get for 3.99 And staff try to argue with me about getting a sauce with the melt. When it says it clearly online comes with sauce on side. One played with food in corner and think it was okay trifling a** people. Requested refund and will never go back
