I’m a regular at this location. This has as much to do with the quality of service as it does with the food. Michael is always courteous, gets my order right every time and likes to ensure customer satisfaction. I know if he’s on duty, it’s going to be a good pizza day.

This location has been on the decline for some years now. Today was my final time ordering from them. After placing an order for delivery online, I got a message from a “Dasher” stating the store didn’t have my order. Odd…because I didn’t order through Door Dash. I chose to pay in cash so this might be a factor as to why my order was not even made, but it’s the holiday time and I wanted to OVERLY tip my delivery driver. I attempted to call the store twice and was just met with a ringing phone. It’s perfectly fine, my spouse is picking up a pizza from a competitor. I’m gonna miss the “pan” style pizza but good grief. Enough is enough.

Love the pizza but too many issues with DoorDash and support. Had an order, paid by credit card, then door dasher comes to deliver and on her app it says need to pay by cash. She couldn’t release order. I couldn’t call Pizza Hut since no one picks up phone. So had to pay twice to get order. Also credit card tip apparently never got to dasher.
