We had ordered food to be delivered to a birthday party and had it ordered 24h in advance with the scheduled time of delivery the next day. They took payment at the time of the order.
The time of the party comes, no pizza. We called because the pizza hadn’t arrived on time, and they told us it was currently being driven to our location. 15 minutes go by and we called again, and it’s reported that they had a computer issue that shut down their system an hour before our order was due to be delivered and therefore it was automatically canceled, even though their system rebooted itself, and they have no record of the order and report that I card will be refunded the money in 2-3 days. I hope this refund happens and we don’t have to go thru another process to get it. Beyond all of this, there was never any attempt to offer any kind of coupon or discount or even an apology. Also no explanation for the initial report that the pizza was on its way.

If I don’t get the money back on my debit card by Monday, January 20th, 2025, from one of my kids eating this raw under cooked pizza. We will have some issues. Then they had to nerve to get mad at me when I was polite. Play with my money if you want.

I ordered a 18pc spicy garlic wings but when I got home there was only 10 wings I called back to the restaurant and the cashier has the nastiest attitude because I asked for the remainder of my wings. She claimed they didn’t have anymore chicken. She then called me back and offered to refund me then proceeded to say well I can just give you 6 wings. Like customer service is not hard.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni lovers , large with extra cheese. Brownies. That was $66 including tip for they’re contracted out delivery drivers which got a $8 tip. Delivery Brownies and a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. My receipt said a meat lovers but that’s not what I ordered. I received a pepperoni and sausage. My son doesn’t like sausage. Won’t eat it. We’ll I called them back twelve times to correct it. Talked to the manager. She said she would correct it but never did. They either hung up up or put us on hold for a long time with no response. I remember when pizza hut was good. I enjoyed their pizza but I guess never again. They have a bad manager at this loc

I ordered a box with pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I also ordered 2 extra marinara sauces and a 2 liter of DP. I ordered ant 1:32 pm for a delivery of 2:05 pm. My order was picked up by a door dasher (even though I ordered directly through the Pizza Hut app) at 2:08 pm and it wasn’t delivered to our house until 2:26 pm after watching the driver drive past our house 3 times, 20 minutes after we were supposed to receive it. Needless to say, it was cold, the breadsticks didn’t even look like they were cooked (or taste like it), it was missing one of the marinara sauces and the DP. I called the store to get our DP and sauce but they said they couldn’t send it out because no drivers were working that day. I asked for a refund and the manager said they don’t do refunds, I can only get a store credit when I would really rather not use Pizza Hut ever again because stuff like this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions from this exact store.

Worse Pizza Hut, we ordered the new Catalina-style pizza twice both times were disrespectful. The last time we went in I finally complained about how it looked nothing like the promo and the team member was rude and told me I had to order it that way when clearly it was through the Pizza Hut app and turned her back on me, while I was responding. Finally, after another 15 minutes, she brought me another pizza that looked nothing like the promo, I was so upset I just took it and left because my family was hungry and waiting. If you want bad customer service and limited options as well as waste your money this is the perfect pizza place for you. I wish 0 stars were an option.

I can go grocery shopping, order by phone and pickup in the same parking lot.” No problems.” As time goes on, I would place my order for delivery, e.s.t. they give, it started getting later and later. And then, they started forgetting that I ordered. That was the last straw! So, I decided to take my business elsewhere. (To their competitors) I still visit occasionally.

Sweet mother of god…. It’s a pizza place. You put pizza in the oven. You take it out. I pay, You give it to me. Not that hard. I came to this location to pick up a pizza for my family thinking it would be quick and easy. Nope. It took over an HOUR AND A HALF…. For ONE pizza. All I ordered was was one half pepperoni half cheese pizza and it took SO long to finally make it’s was to me. Mind you, the store did not have anyone else waiting there. Just me. I was frustrated and wanting to get out of there, but before I did I decided it would be wise to check my box. Guess what?? IT WAS WRONG. WHAT I GOT WAS MUSHROOM AND ITALIAN SAUSAGE. AND GUESS WHAT ELSE?? IT WAS BURNT BLACK AND BRITTLE!! I was left stunned wondering HOW in GODS NAME do manage to not only ruin a simple pizza order so bad, but at the same time, manage to RUIN my day in the most inconvenient way. Yeah yeah, first world problems and all, but I had a rough couple weeks and needed something quick easy and simple. But no, not here!! I turned back to the counter and demanded a refund, since the whole ordeal ruined my appetite and guess what?? “No refunds” the lady says… I’m sorry!?! You’re not going to give me my money back for an order I technically never even got?? I was frustrated and wanted to go home so instead I asked if they can remake it. This lady looks me dead in the eyes, with an attitude mind you, and just says “we can’t do that”. The defeat and frustration I felt hit my soul was almost enough to make me cry. This place sucks, the employees suck, and I will never forget this horrible experience.

They need to improve their employee training. The first time I ordered, they completely forgot my breadsticks. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone said someone would bring them back, but no one ever showed up. When I called again, they gave me a credit, but I could only use it if I placed my order over the phone.
Today, I decided to use that credit, only for Nicki to completely mess up my order. On top of that, for some reason, they didn’t charge my card the full amount, and no one mentioned it to me over the phone. When the delivery driver arrived, I was surprised to find out I still had a balance due. When I called the store to figure out what happened, I was met with attitude over their mistake. Looking at the receipt, it wasn’t even what I had ordered.
I never thought ordering a simple pizza could be this complicated. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. This location is absolutely TRASH!!!
