Look it’s a fast food pizza place. Youre ment to go there knowing it will be a wait, it’s a mall. Go for a walk if that’s your issue. The food I receive everytime I order is the best pizza for the price, I’ve never experienced any drop in quality depending on who’s behind the counter. The workers there may be a little less up front and talkitive than other stores (but again, you aren’t really ment to sit and wait in the store) but they always make sure I’m taken care of, and they always let you know about any deals they have. Means I can afford pizza more often. I’ve been to the other location in town and several other pizza places and this place is just above them.

There is no seating, not even outside not even to wait for your pizza let alone to eat it there. The vestibule is uncomfortably small when many people are placing and waiting for orders. The staff was polite. For some unknown reason (and the staff was unable/unwilling to explain) one of my pizzas was ready and the other had 5 minutes left to cook, though both were the same size and crust, so that was frustrating. But ultimately when we got home it was “good for Pizza Hut pizza”.

June 2021 Pizza was good, except the alfrado and chicken pizza had to much sause and the crust was soft and Soggy. I thought i was ordering from the other location witch is better .
Ordered 3 topping pizza’s. They did not put much topping at all.
Ordered large 3 topping, 24 mild wings and apzone. They gave me the wrong flavor wings ( I even asked if they were mild because they put the wrong sticker on and the manager said yes he made them) and no sauce on the pzone, and without the sauce it’s dry. I called and talked with manager and was told they can remake them but already lost my appetite, was told to DRIVE them back to the store for a refund. Horrible experience!!!! Got a refund that’s it… Won’t be back to this location.

My pizza was great! Very flavorful, exactly the way I ordered it, ready on time, and nice and warm. However, my cheese bread sticks only had cheese on 3 of the bread sticks. The outside two literally only had seasoning and a piece or two of burnt cheese. I was very disappointed. The one I ate that had cheese was very good.

Michael, manager, made my pizzas with lots of care & paid attention to what I requested. I ordered two large Super Supreme with extra toppings on both. They were made perfectly and were delicious and ready on time for me to pickup. . Michael was very processional, kind & patient. The general manager had a problem with replacing a burnt pizza that my family couldn’t eat. Very rude and disrespectful. We have never had this type of bad service from here before and we come here all the time. He saw that the pizza was burnt and still had a bad attitude. Extremely bad customer service.

Superbowl bait and switch ad at Huntsville TX I-45 location.$9.99 large any toppings pizza does not mean any “toppings” if you add extra of the same toppings which is not mentioned in the fine print. Only additional cost for extra cheese and stuffed crust. Also, would not give me the Manager’s card, so I will be contacting corporate.
