These days it seems rare to get great customer service. That is not the case for the wonderful staff at this location, in particular Ms. Kendall. She is friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The food was made to order and delicious. We have pizza night every Friday night and plan to put this location into our rotation. Thank you for providing yummy food for my family and attentive and friendly service! We will be back.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today and had a most rewarding experience. The pizza offerings were of a clearly substantially high quality, hot, fresh and DELICIOUS! I would also like to give credit where credit is due in the customer service department, as Pizza Hut has an astonishingly pleasant and professional representative in a young woman named Kendall.

Ordered a T-Mobile Tuesday deal for the personal pan pizza. You had to spend at least $8 to get it free. I bought a my hut box with fries. And my whole order was supposed to be 2 personal pan pizzas , fries , and a 20oz drink. My mom went to get the order. She waited almost 30 minutes . One because the young man was in there by himself. My mom didn’t want to make a fuss because she felt bad for him. Two he couldn’t see the T mobile Tuesday pizzas on his screen. He didn’t realize until he made our $8+ items and not the deal pizzas.
I do admit i should have clarified what came in the meal to my mom.Since she didn’t know what comes in the box. But he completely forgot my fries and just made the pan pizzas. We didn’t realize until my mom was almost home! He gave me a 2liter soda because they didn’t have 20oz , so i didn’t complain. By the time we ate the pizza it was cold. ;( they need to hire more staff because i can’t imagine how overwhelming that would be. I appreciate him trying his best , but the accuracy , timing , and quality of the food would have been better if he had help!!!

I received the best customer service from Tay and Kay, they were both quick to address/greet all customers that walked in the door with a smile and the best customer service. The bacon cheddar sticks, and large pan meat lovers is always my go to and tasted perfect! I will definitely be back especially on the days Tay or Kay are working! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!

Amazing staff that are like a big family and so welcoming when I come to this store! Food was outstanding and so good along with coming out right on time. Everyone in the lobby received their orders quickly and were out the door within a minute and had orders in hand. I will always return to this Pizza Hut location!

I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come out and help me then had to wait another 5 minutes to pay bc they couldn’t locate the manger to put in his code to the register. When I was finally able to pay my pizza was cold and dry then they gave my breadsticks to another customer so I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to remake them. I’ll never go back to this location bc my pizza was cold and dry and the customer service was bad.

I’m not from the area so I wasn’t aware of the bad reviews. But this pizza hut is not it! I ordered online and it was suppose to be ready and I have to stand in line an wait for almost an hr with a bunch of other customers while ALL the workers are in the back “working”. And once I got my order I got the wrong size. I definitely do not recommend this location and will not be ordering again.

This Pizza Hut is by far the best I’ve been to in the city of Houston. You get this warm clean feeling whem you walk in . They welcome you soon as you walk in the door. The team members and managers even remember me by name. Great job guys.
