I just put an order in for delivery. I have the app and for some reason I didn’t receive my order for over an hour the app said they were still working on it, called and they said it was placed for carryout at first then another person got on the phone and said I put the address on wrong. Smh checked my email & my app everything I did was correct. Idk what their talking about but customer service wasn’t good at all. They said wait another 35-40 minutes. Sounds like they don’t care about their job took forever to even answer. Do better!

I order from this Pizza Hut location on 3103 FM 1960 in Humble almost every Friday, and I have to say the pizza tonight was like no other I’ve had before. It was on point, generous portions of meats and vegetables, the flavor was rich and absolutely amazing. I called the store, spoke to manager Kiana, and had to ask, who was the chef tonight, she said it was general manager Tina. Well deserved compliments to the chef! Thank you ladies. Keep up the great work!

So I called into this location at 7:41 pm to order a Buffalo chicken pizza. I asked for extra chicken and sauce was given a total and told 1 hour and 15 minute wait time. It’s now 10:39 pm Still no pizza called several times to be left on hold then hung up on 3 times.. The 4 time I was told I didn’t have an order placed. So I called the Call center to sit on hold for 31 minutes trying to figure out what happened.. I will be coming by to talk with the Store manager about this situation. Very upset customer!!

I’ve order pizza delivery from this location for over a year. This is the first time I received a bad order. In my order there were 1 large and 2 small pizzas that were burnt. I’m not sure what happened but they should have not served these pizzas. Please treat others the way you yourself and family would like to be treated. The employee and maybe others could and should have recognized this was unexceptionable and made it right instead of allowing it to go out the way it did. I would also like to say I do hope that no other order gets delivered this way.

On good day this place sucks. We live 1.7 mi away. Ordered food, 1hr later it shows up cold and gross. Called them and the lady was alright at first but began blaming Doordash (which it was probably their fault) and telling me that she did her part and it’s on them. When I expressed how that has nothing to do with me, I’m just a paying customer, she got rude and unprofessional. She told me that she just works there and doesn’t own the place. She also said that the owner was responsible for the problem. She accused me of yelling at her(which I did not do) and that either I could go her way or get no help. “Do you want me to help you or not” she said. I don’t need help. i need my food correctly and on time. After much debate, She would not give her name but said that I am no longer a customer and was canceling my order.?? I never raised my voice or used profane language, but did want results without excuses and blame. 3/19/23 @1:23 pm for those responsible. If any.

Stopped by the Pizza Hut on 1960 and Aldine Westfield omw home from work and all I wanted was breadsticks. The gentleman who worked in the front very nice and professional. Breadsticks were ehhh and the marinara sauce tasted funny. I won’t be stopping by that location anytime soon.
