Good pizza, and the only pizza place in town where you can actually sit down and eat. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very friendly. Plus they have beer on tap, I don’t usually see that at Pizza Hut; But it still maintains a family-friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Wife and I decided it was Pizza night so off to Pizza Hut for our supper. Only had two or three families in there at the time so service was fast and very good.
We ordered one large half meat lovers a the other half Hawaiian, was cooked fast, served piping hot.

When I arrived at the Pizza hut here I was served by the manager Bertha and she was PHENOMENAL she went out of her way to wait on me and serve me despite how busy she was and was extremely patient and equally respectful and considerate and empathetic to me and wants and needs, I was blown away by how good she was and her staff of workers were also extremely considerate and respectful as well, and I highly recommend coming here if you want to have a good time and be treated professionally and kindly, I’m looking forward to returning here hopefully soon.

Asked for stuffed crust, got a dry regular and over cooked pizza. Asked for cheesy pasta Alfredo got chicken and the chicken I didn’t want was horribly dry. Went to trash after I tried to eat some of it after a long and hard day of working. Definitely not good considering these two things plus a 2 liter was $32! Absolutely not good. Wasted money and left me hungry and not satisfied.

I drive out of the way to order from this Pizza Hut because they used to be great, but I don’t know what has happened because the last two times I have purchased pizza here, it has been very overcooked, bordering on burned. The manager tried to tell me that there is no way to cook the pizza without it being grossly overdone on the top??!! Oddly enough, the store in Liberty TX manages to make the same pizza weekly and it is not burned on top, so I don’t know why Cleveland cannot handle that.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had pizza hut in Cleveland. Have to say I’m a little disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and there is like 5 pieces on it. More or less this was a cheese pizza. Also ordered Garlic sauces and paid for it didn’t receive it. I’ll be sticking to Domino’s from now on.
