They keep stealing my food. What happened to drivers that you could trust. This is extremely poor on your part. Pizza hut is out done by everyone who still delivers. The decline in service is truly sad and appalling. ORDER #118684232

Horrible customer service from Dilia. Walking in any door of a business, you deserve to get treated with good Customer Service well not from Delia you will not get it!
No hello , no smile no professionalism at all just smacking on her gum without a care in the world for customers.
That will be my last time visiting this location even though the pizza was good.

Idk who they paid for a 3.5 but that’s absolutely false I’ve never had a worse pizza from pizza hut in a Long time the kids wouldn’t even eat it the bottom is full of rips and holes and almost see through like a grease sponge it was wet and gross as well as paper thin. The world’s worst pizza and it isn’t even close. On the phone for 20 min trying to get a refund only to be told I have to drive all the way back over there with the pizza I stopped by there on my way home I live in a dif city. They are incapable of giving me a refund even though I’m over 25 min away and am begging to show them this trash pizza over video and picture and they won’t have it. You won’t ever get me like that again. you do what you have to to fix the issue (including giving someone a refund that lives in another city without making them drive back over there) y’all have a MASSIVE quality control issue and let type of product go out the door and do not care. That staff is incapable of operating properly or resolving customer issues, the reviews speak for themselves. I’d be horrified if I owned this location.

I found a coupon on the site, placed an online order, and it was ready for pickup in about ten minutes. I am happy I saved some money and got to enjoy a delicious pizza. Great drink options in my opinion because I love the Izze sparkling drinks. Also, the staff was super friendly which is always a plus. Whenever I’m craving pizza hut this is the location I’ll be choosing.

Pizza Hut needs to go back to having their own delivery drivers. Door Dash is trash and never brings a complete order. Then I have to drive to the location myself to pick it up. Why am I having to tip and pay a delivery fee just to have to go all the way there to pick up the rest of my food. Happens every time

Ordered through the app for a delivery & received my food 20 minutes later than the given time in addition to receiving this. I don’t know why the pizza was all over the box like this, but it obviously wasn’t from the driver trying to get my food to me on time. Look at the food. The pizza is burnt & then there’s these chicken bites they sold to me as “wings.” The ONLY reason they will get my business in the future is because they gave me a store credit instead of a refund. Y’all need to do better.

Dry, stale, cheeseless, and overcooked waste of money and time. How in the world do you mess up a pepperoni pizza?? Pizza Hut has gone way way down hill and must not care about their customers. The ingredients are always very low quality. Super disappointing for a brand that once was the best. I’m pissed that I wasted my hard earned money on this garbage in an economy where buying pizza is a luxury.

Horrible service, paid for a meat lovers pizza and boneless wings. Got a sausage and pineapple pizza instead, lesson learned. Just Horrible $40 bucks wasted plus another $10 to a door dash driver to bring it cold.

Worst service, delivery was through Door Dash (this location uses them instead of there own delivery drivers). Never got my pizza, had to go to the location to pick it up and still charged the delivery fee and tip for no service. Now I have to wait for my refund (if it ever comes). Never again, thats for sure.
