I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Ms. Vanessa, and I truly felt like her service deserved recognition. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with kindness, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude that instantly made the environment feel welcoming.
Ms. Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled perfectly. She was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, helping me make decisions without rushing me at all. Even while managing multiple customers, she stayed calm, organized, and friendly — something you don’t see every day in fast-paced environments.
What stood out the most was her energy and customer care. She treated everyone with respect and made sure each person felt acknowledged. You could tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about giving customers a good experience, not just completing a transaction. My order was accurate, fresh, and prepared quickly, and she made sure everything was right before I left.

I order delivery from this location quite often and my food is always delivered hot and fresh. There are times, like today, when my full order is not always received. However, like today anytime I do not receive something all I have to do is call the store and within minutes Vanessa ( the GM) is always very quick, amazing, and nice at solving the issue. She either has it redelivered or will issue me a credit to go towards my next order. I am so thankful she is there to always take care of any problems that arise. She definitely deserves a raise and all kudos from the company for her amazing customer support and making sure we are all taken care of. Thanks Vanessa your the reason we keep ordering from you.

My go-to location, always had no problem, staff are friendly. Today the wait was a little longer, but Venessa R. at the front took care of me. She gave me a complimentary bread sticks for the wait and it was very delightful! Not to mention, the bread sticks are super delish. Appreciate her and her team!
