I recently had family in town, and one of my relatives decided to order pizza and wings for the household from this Pizza Hut. When the order arrived, the delivery driver was already missing parts of it and had to go back to the store. Shortly after that, we noticed they had gotten the sauces on all three orders of wings wrong. Despite the mistakes, we decided to move forward and eat the food anyway. We passed it out to the kids first and then sat down to eat as adults.
However, when several of us tried to take a bite of the boneless wings, we realized that all three sets of wings were completely raw on the inside. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. We called the store to inform them of the issue, and the person who identified herself as the store manager, Gigi, insisted it wasn’t possible because she personally made the chicken. She claimed they were cooked for six minutes as per their manual. Hearing that explanation left us in disbelief because raw chicken after six minutes of cooking is clearly unsafe to serve.
We declined her offer for a replacement order because if they are cooking chicken for only six minutes, it would likely still be undercooked. Instead, we requested a refund and asked for the delivery driver to pick up the food. Gigi informed us she couldn’t issue a refund without her manager’s permission, despite being the “store manager.”
The service was absolutely terrible, and the food was a health hazard. I cannot believe they are serving raw chicken to customers. We have photos as evidence of the raw chicken from each container they served us. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location.

The employees here are very friendly. My friend and I was sitting in the car waiting for our pizza and the employee by the name of JEFF walked outside to my car, asked the name of my order, I told him my name and Jeff said, “ok, I got you!” Jeff really kept his word and brought our pizza to the car without us having to get out in the cold. That is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jeff went about and beyond. I will definitely be back to visit this location!

Haven’t been to this location in a while, anew manager has definitely brought this place up. Was helped by the nicest young man when I picked up my pie. ( Anthony was polite and knowledgeable, I never tip on carry out but did today because of his top notch customer service!) Will l definitely order again? ABSOLUTELY I WILL

This experience was very disappointing. When I called, my call was answered and then immediately disconnected. I called back, and the person who answered responded unprofessionally and hung up again. The interaction felt careless and unprofessional, giving the impression that customer service is not a priority.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to others, as it left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. While I understand it’s just pizza, the level of service still matters, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations.
Basically not able to order Pizza Hut so I’m going to go to Marco Pizza or Dominoes pizza. Good luck with this Pizza Hut

Disappointed in this store. Couldn’t customize pizza online like we wanted and to top it off my order was incomplete. I let the driver know and he said to call store to let them know so they could have it ready for him to deliver again. Well that didn’t work. The girl who answered acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. Was put on hold and kept getting main office in Miami. Like are you serious?! So I ended up just getting on chat online. Didn’t get a refund but got sent a coupon for a free pizza. Still my kid ended up with no pizza. Ugh!

I tried to call the store to see what we could do because both of my pizzas were prepared with no sauce. No one would answer. I finally get an answer and when I told them what happened, the call was disconnected. I tried calling back and soon realized they would just pick up the phone and hang up on me. I literally called the store 23 times and every time they would pick up and hang up right away. I was on my way to the store when I finally got an answer. They were very rude and ended up hanging up on me again. I pulled in and parked, called and watched from my vehicle as they picked up and immediately slammed the phone down. I was furious as I walked in. The manager didn’t try to help and was so unprofessional. She refused to give me her name, called me crazy and said I was rude. When a delivery driver walked in, I asked and was told her name was Stefania or Estefania. She refused to return my money, used profanity and said she didn’t care if she got fired. She was violating food prep guidelines. Handling her cell while handling food and pizza boxes, had opened toed shoes, not wearing a hairnet, not sure if she even washed her hands, and quite frankly just looked sloppy. She later retuned my money when my husband called and told her he was calling the health department due to all of the food safety violations that we had on photos and video.

This is my budget pizza place with some decent made pizzas. Their online $7.99 deals and offers are pretty good and fair prices. The online order can be quickly as 15-25 minutes. This place is small and doesn’t have much chairs for customers while waiting on a busy day for pickup or in store order. Sometime parking lot can be full at night. The cashier staffs seem friendly and know what they’re doing. The kitchen staffs seem to working very hard. Driver staffs doing their things and always packing up for deliveries.
