Ordered pizza delivery Monday 2/10. Ordered a special fir $24.99 came with 2 med pizzas specialty or up to 6 items. I ordered a 6 topping pizza and a meat lovers. The meat lovers pizza was OK but the pizza with six toppings were missing two items. No Italian sausage…no jalapeños. I immediately called Pizza Hut asking if they could remake my pizza. I paid $5.29 for delivery. They told me I would have to come to the store because they didn’t have delivery drivers. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. I was told I would have to call their corporate office for a refund or credit. I called the number the manager gave me and it was a recording that stated I would have to talk to the store directly in order to get refund or credit. I called the store and basically was treated like I was the one who did wrong. The manager Tiffany said she doesn’t know if I’m telling the truth about my pizza because the pizza maker said she put sausage on the pizza. Look at the attached pic. No sausage.No Jalepeno. Then Tiffany said…Look again, they have new sausage they are very small! lmao! They must be microscopic cuz they are invisible. They wouldnt give me a credit or deliver a new pizza. The manager was really rough with me over the phone.. so much so I decided not to drive to pick up the pizza. Didn’t want anyone retaliating and doing something to my pizza. Poor customer service, ice cold food and WRONG pizza! Will NEVER order from them again!!!!

Came here late in the evening. Had an order for pickup that wasn’t prepared quite yet. There was a little delay, and Mr. Darrell apologized and provided exceptional service, in ensuring that my order was made in a timely and accurate fashion. It’s good to know that some restaurants out here still provide great customer service.

Ordered through DoorDash, everything was okay except I ordered cinnamon sticks but they gave me cheese sticks unfortunately. I called and they did say they will give me the cinnamon sticks but this is very unfortunate that they did get the two mixed up as I could not come and pick the cinnamon sticks up right away.

The pizza was good until I seen a hair baked into my food !!!! That threw me all the way off . Then I called them to ask what is the policy or what can be done , the guy says that I need to have the whole pizza/pie in order to get a new one , like that doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t want a new one , so y’all can bake hair into it too !! But God Bless there hearts , I just know I won’t be going to this Pizza Hut on this location anymore !

I order the big box yesterday and was super disappointed. The order was made in great time. However, when i arrived i was given three separate boxes. I opened the boxes and was completely confused because the food looked nothing like the pictures. The pizza crust was dense, hard, and the sauce didn’t even meet the edges. I selected tomatoes and green bell peppers for toppings, it was spoiled and the sauce tasted like watery tomato juice. The chicken had sauce drizzled on top and not tossed and over fried. The breadsticks were like crackers. The marinara sauce came in a sample size cup (not enough for 6 sticks). The cinnamon rolls weren’t cooked completely and the icing wasn’t melted on top. This location is horrible and needs to be shut down.

Took over 5mins for anyone to come from the back to greet me. Worker was wearing headphones so they did t hear the door chime. Pizza took 15 mins longer than stated and no explanation why. The cheese pizza looks like they didn’t put cheese on the whole thing. Worst visit to a Pizza Hut ever.

I am a Doordasher who was picking up an order for a customer, when the manager refuses to give me the product that the customer has paid for and i am showing the app what is required, and then told “I don’t care what that says” that puts my job in on the line, rude beyond belief.
