Worst experience ever Pizza was burnt manager got an attitude told me I need to check my order before I leave because they gave me the wrong pizza dry crusty no flavor ask for the manager. Ordered standard pepperoni pizza add sausage and black olives. Let me know if you see either. Also ordered pepperoni lovers. Supposed to have 50% more pepperoni according to website. In addition, I ordered extra pepperoni. You would think the pizza would be almost completely covered with pepperoni at this point. Let me know if you see a pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni. $110 Bill but I can’t get red pepper flakes? Can’t get Parmesan packets? Ordered 18 wings. Can’t get a single dipping sauce cup? What place do you know where you order wings and they don’t at bare minimum come with ranch?

Called to order and the lady that answer didn’t speaker clear English, to my understanding the pizzas were going to cost me $28 for both, she repeated to me many times. When I picked up I paid $40. Besides the fact that they missed communicate the price, the pizza were horrible.
Looked old like it was seating out for 3 hrs.
Definitely not going back to the location and would NOT recommend ordering from them.
They need to get good English speaking personnel.

Just got this disgusting undercooked, severely over saturated with sauce science experiment delivered. Not sure why one of the pizzas I got came to me perfect and this one looks like well… this but ended up throwing 4 pieces away cause they looked gross.

Food and service is always HORRIBLE! Never enough toppings even if you select extra and pay the charge! Worst Pizza Hut location! Ordered a pizza for delivery and they used door dash as the delivery driver unbeknownst to me which i should’ve been informed since i was paying cash, the door dash driver left with my change and the Pizza Hut location was beyond inconsiderate and rude and told me i would have to contact door dash when i did not order thru door dash and door dash was unable to assist AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

Clean and welcoming. We were addressed as we walked in and the person who took our order ,Jason was very knowledgeable about their products and deals. We felt that he was concerned about giving us what we wanted as well as a positive visit. Would definitely be back. We only waited 10 out of the 15 minute quoted to wait.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would. Aside from constant issues, the manager on tonight just could not care. I spent over 50.oo and got none of my special requests. After talking to the manager, couldn’t care less. Showed up to the store, the manager, Jenny, wouldn’t even talk to me. Just a disappointment.

The main pizza wrong. Ordered thin crust, extra sauce, sauce and cheese the edge with extra cheese… nothing done, crust was hard as a rock.
