The pizza we received was, simply put, perfection. It was fresh, piping hot, delicious, and clearly made with pride and attention to detail. Every employee working that shift deserves immense recognition for their contribution to delivering such a high-quality, excellent meal. Thank you all for a job extremely well done.
However, the deepest and wettest high praise must be reserved for Manager Aiva. True customer service is demonstrated when things need fixing, and Aiva went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure tonight’s experience was flawless, but she also proactively and effectively corrected a previous issue we encountered a couple of weeks ago.
Aiva’s commitment to resolution, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is the gold standard of management. Her actions alone guarantee my continued loyalty to this location.

I was on a delivery pickup . My I point out as i entered the Staff whom is supposed to be a manager didn’t greet me or ask was I there for a pickup. After I was acknowledged he then asked what is the name. I gave him the name he handed the order and I ask if they were short staffed. He then rudely tells me that’s all you need right (referring to order) . I said excuse me I ask if you all are short staffed or in need of help. He said do we need to get someone else to pick up the order? I said Sr. I wasn’t rude to you I ask you a question to see if you all are hiring. Then he said I didn’t hear that and it depends on. I ask for his name he told me that is not important. I called the other staff member to ask for the general manager names then he goes and in my face whispering to the other guy. Afterwords come and tell me that’s the other guy is the manager and no one else. I told him I will find out who the general manager is and make a complaint. He is very rude (Blue/Green hair) and should not be the manager at any establishment with that kind of attitude.

Over the past six years service has went from terrible to awesome. I must say that every time we order now it is always worth it. Our pizza is always hot, just enough sauce, and our service is A-Ok.
