I had a great experience with manager Jason at the 290 location and the one on Gessner. He runs a tight shif Just ask some cops or white side and I’ll tell you how cool they are coves or White Sox you a cup White Sox beat our butt in 2005. We’re pulling you’re good you’re good. My pizza tasted great and fresh. Was still warm when I got there although I took a bit too long to pick it up.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this Pizza Hut and its terrible. From ordering to picking up the pizza everything sucks. I placed my order for pick up and still waited extra 20mins ridiculous after I had placed it 40mins before online. The pizza was not made the way I had ordered. This place has gone down so much with the new manager and people here. For this type of pizza I would had gone to the worst place Little Ceasars bet it taste better then this Pizza.

I ordered online at 5:57 pm to pickup a pizza at 6:12 pm. I arrived at 6:20 pm. The guy at the front desk told me the pie was going into the oven and it would be between 15 – 20 minutes. At 7 pm I asked where my pie was and he kept saying it was coming. At 7:15 pm I finally got my pie. I had words with the guy at the front desk and told him to stop lying to customers. There were several of us in the lobby who had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour. His standard answer to us all was “your pizza is in the oven”. Lies, lies and more lies. I told him be honest with your customers and tell us it’s taking an hour. That way we can decide to wait or go somewhere else. He offered to give me a $10 credit that I would have to ask for on my next visit. I told him I order online and pay that way so that’s not convenient. And I don’t want to argue with someone later when they don’t see any credits. Anyway I’ve decided this will be the last time I visit this location. Poor, poor customer service.

Picked up a takeout order from Pizza Hut and had a great experience! The girl with pink hair at the counter was super polite, respectful, and had a great attitude. She made sure everything was correct and handled everything quickly and professionally. The food was hot and fresh, just the way it should be. Great service all around!

I would have given zero stars if they would have given that option. I ordered on the app to this store by mistake. It was very late after a kid’s sporting event. I went to the store that I thought i had ordered from and that was when I realized I had placed the order for the wrong place. When I realized where it was I knew that I would be cutting it close to get it and so I attempted multiple times to call the store to let them know that I was coming and it would be right at the time they would be closing. I am assuming that they have people in a call center answering calls and passing them to the actual stores because I called multiple times and then was transferred to the store only to sit on hold for minutes at a time. I was probably on hold for the whole drive over to the correct location. I hung up and attempted to go in but the door was locked and lights were off. This was 1-2 minutes after midnight which is when they closed. I banged on the door but no one came. I finally left and order the pizza at the location I meant to and got my pizza but I was charged for the pizza from the incorrect location. I got on chat multiple times to complain. Each time they said they would pass my complaint to the management of that location to contact me and no one ever called me back fro me to ask for a refund. I would not recommend this place at all. Zero stars for food since I never received my order and zero stars for service since no one ever called me back. It has been several months since this happened and I have never been refunded for the pizzas.
