Hey I’m so upset I ordered a pizza from the location closest to my house before the store opened, the pizza was left out side my door for I don’t know how long , no one knocked or called to inform that is was there. I left and went to the location I ordered the pizza from only for them to say o no it’s not this location it’s store 039296 so the guy at that store was on the phone and said to come and he will remake the pizza , I get the the location 8880 Bellaire Blvd

United States the door is locked I stand out side literally banging on the door for at least five minutes and I’m sure there’s a camera outside That can see that the door is not opening and it’s locked. Then finally someone opens the door. I ask him why would you tell me to come back and then lock the door and he’s going back-and-forth with me with an attitude about how the door was never locked like , I’m just stupid. I end up just asking for a refund and he told me that I need to call DoorDash because that’s why I ordered it from. I keep telling him that I ordered it from the website , he ignores me and just tells me that I’m not understanding to call the DoorDash Number that he writes down ,by this time I have been sitting in the restaurant for at least 30 minutes. Only four DoorDash to contact him by the time. I’m tired of standing and waiting. So I walk outside to My car to take another call. This is when him and this other lady comes out and he looks like he’s at the register, trying to give me a refund , DoorDash gave me the number for the store. When I end up calling it The same guy answered, he asked me if I’m the same. Lady and I told him Yes that DoorDash says that you should give me the refund since it was ordered on the site. He stated that he already gave me the refund. I asked him. Why didn’t he let me know and he said that how can he tell me if I’m outside which I had only just stepped outside , so he waited for me to leave the store to do the refund he could’ve done at this whole time. He just decided not to . The Customer Service at this location is very bad unprofessional and this guy needs to be FIRED I will never be coming back to this location again and the guys name is Rochelle someone else had to give it to me

Nothing went right here. Ordered at 7:06, Delivery scheduled for 7:35. Called at 7:50 to check on it and they said it was 20 minutes late. Its not 8:38 and I’m trying to cancel the order. The store picked up my call but just set the phone down and let me hang for 6 minutes. Trying to get customer service on the line now but no one cares. They really scraped the bottom of the barrel for every employee that has their hand in this.
Edit: I finally got someone at corporate to refund my money, and I ordered dominoes. While waiting on the dominoes, the poor pizza but driver showed up around 9:30. No one told him it was cancelled and he drove here for nothing.

Horrible customer service, pizza Luke warm. App has option for curbside so I made my order while sitting there in front of the restaurant. Tapped I’m here on the app and thought my pizza would be brought out when ready. 30 min pass no pizza. I call and a woman says it will be right out. 12 mins pass no pizza. I go inside they don’t acknowledge my question of why didn’t the woman tell me to come inside and get the pizza a guy just says here’s your pizza and starts to walk away, I ask for the receipt which usually comes with the survey and I wanted to leave a review. The guy says we’ll I’m not giving you a receipt it was free… it’s in your email. As if it wasn’t my rewards points accumulated from ordering often that got me the free pizza. Seems like if you cash in on your rewards points you get rude and horrible customer service. So the pizza had been there over 40 min before I got it. This location needs to be closed.

Crust had garlic sauce on it. Ordered online and requested NO GARLIC SAUCE on the crust. My husband can not have garlic – I brushed the crust with my finger and found that garlic had been brushed on the crust. Called the store and was hung up on. Needless to say, I drove to the store where I was meet with insults and threats of the police. I was told ” you people are the reason that we have problems in the store”. He also refused to refund my money because I only brought back one pizza. I then picked up my phone and called pizza hut customer service. After approximately two minutes he decided to refund my money for the pizza. I can honestly say that we will not be ordering from that pizza hut in the future.

Please DO NOT order a pizza from the Bellaire location. I ordered one of their specials, two large pizzas with three toppings [pepperoni, ham, and beef]. Both were the same. I was totally disappointed!!! These pizzas barely had any toppings on it at all. Some slices had two pepperonis, and most had one. The ham and beef were lightly sprinkled on. I don’t know what happened, but with three toppings, it should have been fully loaded. For $35.00, I expected more toppings on my pizzas. Please do not order from the Bellaire location.
