Seems to always have poor customer service and or my order wrong. This particular day irked me due to me walking with my 8yr old and dog, thinking I was going to be in and out. Seeing as my order said it would be ready at 4:27pm (order placed at 4:12pm). I arrived @4:36 order not ready. Three online orders waiting in lobby and a employee leaving with a whole pizza.
They then came out with the wrong order @4:57! Then charged me for the wrong size.
Then another employee leaves with a order in hand…
My order finally came at 5:06pm…. By my surprise! Not really too surprised but it was the same wrong pizza with the missing toppings added to it. WTH would you take that long to due some lazy work like that!

We ordered the pizza around 12:00 for delivery at 2.
I got a message at 12:45 saying it would be delivered at 1:17. At 2 it still had not arrived so we called to find out what was going on. The delivery driver had been at the store for an hour and the store kept saying 10 more mins. At 2:45 we just drove to the store. When we arrived they were finnaly finishing the order but was missing 4 pizzas and made 2 pizzas wrong. We waited for those pizzas and when they made them they made 1 of the new pizzas wrong and forgot another one.
While we waited they had multiple people yelling and cursing from the kitchen.

Shika and Chris were the best. They made me feel comfortable and made my order as soon as possible with the highest quality. I recommend this location when they’re both working. Always good to see 10/10 service.

Contacted Pizza Hut. No response in over a month. But that wasn’t expected, as their Corp. customer service is non existent. This outfit is run by AYVAZ Pizza. They really pay no attention to detail.
Ordered the Tavern Style Pizza for the 2nd time, never again. Both times, it was not prepared well. It wasn’t cut properly or crispy and with literally no flavor. Wouldn’t even call it Pizza, just dough with meat. Look at the size of those slices. That’s not tavern. Embarrassing. Included pics.

Never received my order called 3 times god hung up on. When I finally got someone on the phone there was nothing they could do about it, apparently the driver was 5 minutes away for about 30 minutes and couldn’t find my address.
Never again. Called again and asked for a refund. Hopefully I’m not out 30 bucks.
