The pizza was ridiculous, it felt like a frozen Pizza was heated up. I usually order from Pizza Hut & they have a distinct pizza taste and style. This branch was NOT IT. Very bad. I’d honestly never write the review if it wasn’t as bad as I’m saying.

Yolanda was very rude. The other manager was helpful. She instantly got an attitude with me over the phone. I spoke with another manager that was willing to help fix the issue with my order. Yolanda basically called me a liar and was very rude over the phone.

I ordered a stuff crust pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza was half cut and the wings tasted burnt. I tried to eat it but it was extra chewy. My dig didn’t even want it I called the store several times that day but didn’t get an answer. I called again the next day just to be told it was nothing they could because it was yesterday. I asked to speak to the manger and was told they were gone on a bank run. The lady took my name and number for the manager to call me back when they got back. No phone call back I tried calling the store back but was hung up on when I ask to speak to the manager.

I honestly wish i could have given this place zero stars. I’ll let them have the 1 star because they did try to make it right. I ordered a pizza with extra meat and extra cheese and it didn’t come with either! The manager was kind and gave me a store credit for my order. Fast forward to a week after and ordered again and unsurprisingly it was not correct either. First of all i ordered a $12 pizza that was $20 and was made incorrectly AGAIN. It had the extra cheeese but not the extra meat and i didn’t get my garlic dip. Also, this order was delivered by a door dash driver who had her boyfriend or whoever he was driving her and my food wasn’t sealed. Needless to say i didn’t even eat it. Money down the drain.
Do not waste your money here. The incompetence is at an all time high in this store.

Ordered a simple pepperoni and it was ready relatively quick. The staff are nice and polite and the pizza was nice and hot when given to me.

The pizzas from this establishment came out on time looking very immaculate with how gooey the cheese was and the staff and manager were very friendly, 10/10 would recommend coming here to all my friends and family. Nobody out pizzas the Hutt!
