I used the app as I was pressed for time to get back to work, requested the contactless delivery, arrived two minutes early, checked in via the app that I was there…. 10 minutes go by and I have not seen anyone in or out of the store. I go in, no one is around. I spoke out and a lady poked her head out from behind one of the machines, said someone would be right with me. Told her I just wanted to pick up my order that was already paid for, she said I had to wait for the “other girl” and disappeared. The other finally came out and gave me my order which was wrong and I was late.
