Stuff crust use to be loaded with cheese, I gave it another try and is still the same very low cheese and sauce I ask the manager about it after looking at both pizzas that I order and she mentioned that was the correct amount, but if you get it in Waco is so cheesy that the box was grease on it, and we people wonder why we don’t give them business

Pizza was way undercooked! Service was friendly but food was severely lacking. Location looks like it is a sit down restaurant but is really only take-out/ delivery with a few tables scattered around. I am good not going to a Pizza Hut for another 10 years!

Just ran in for a Quickie this time.. needed to grab a few cold sodas to go with something I’d a already arranged for dinner. I could have gotten a couple lots of places, but knew pizza hut carried bottles and sizes I wanted while giving me fast service with a good price . Service people always polite and helpful to me.

I am a pretty frequent customer, most times I order online but since it was close to closing time tonight I called my order in. I ordered a 8pc boneless wing and an order of cheese sticks. They used to sell them in a full or half order but now they only have one size to order. They also used to be full length strips of dough and cheese and they still are but now they cut them in half and charge the same as the full order used to be. The cheese sticks were 10 plus dollars alone. But the aww comes from this 1oz size of marinara sauce that comes with it.. and it’s not even full. Any extras are .54 cents each. Then I ordered a ranch for my wings and was charged for it too but I didn’t receive it. But the size of these boneless chicken wings is ludicrous and yes it’s only 8 tiny pieces. They are usually big and juicy and I bite off of them 2-3 times. Not these from tonight. They are potables. I complimented them upon walking in because they’ve done some renovating but I’m highly pissed of what I received tonight for $20.

My wife and I were on our way back from Houston when we got caught in a torrential storm and needed a place to find shelter from the severe weather. We tried the Cefco station, but were denied so we headed down the road until we found this Pizza Hut. We came in for shelter and decided to have lunch while we were there. We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and they came out nuclear hot like we remembered from back in the day. The lady working the counter even gave us a free Pepsi. I think she could tell we were exhausted from our trip. I only wish that there were more indoor Pizza Huts near us, but the are all delivery. Thank you for the refuge from the storm and the really good food.

It was my first time coming to this location, even for lunch, they were very quick for the orders. Staff was super nice and attentive. Food was delish, very much loved it I came back the next day for lunch. Quick, easy, happy! When I’m ever in Marlin, will be sure to eat here again.

I did the 2 large pizzas 1 topping and I updated to cheese sticks the pizza was luck warm and hard the cheese sticks didn’t even look like cheese sticks I don’t know where the cheese was and I called and asked for a manager she said we can remake your food I said well I don’t live down the street I came from kosse tx to Marlin she said well then what do u want me to do I asked if she could do a credit she said yeah but it was the yeah to get me off the phone she had an attitude about it all very unpleased and never will go back i should have made the drive to groesbeck tx it’s better everything the staff and manager r better

Now they stopped doing curbside, which was the only reason I left a tip. Well, it was fun while it lasted. Thank you to the gentleman who saw Me in the handicap spot with veteran license plates and brought the food out to me.

Sad how Pizza hut went down hill… They used to have a buffet all you can eat and it didn’t look like it was about to close down… I would love to see it back like it used to be… And not let people tell them to change the dough because they think it’s greasy because I myself like the pizza dough with that oil it makes it have a crispier edge… Idk who owns this store but it looks like the don’t care for it anymore… I wish I had the money to buy it and “make Marlin pizza hut great again”

Although the food here is fair (bordering good), the decor is generic and unclean, and there is virtually no service whatsoever. Seldom do employees even acknowledge their patrons after entering the establishment and I have actually had to call out to them and wave one down despite how they could clearly see me. Most of the time, the employees are talking among themselves or doing idle busy work, many of whom appear untrained in their duties—especially customer relations. The cooks and waitresses frequently mess up the order in some way and the quality of their food is inconsistent at best. This Pizza Hut may have been good sometime long ago, but not anymore.
