We love to Pizza the Hut! I placed a pi k up order, it was still in the oven when I arrived. Waited a few minutes and left with the pizza. It was fantastic!! Employees were friendly. Overall great experience.

Honestly this was just the best experience. You truly don’t find this everyday. We were welcomed by Robyn who also waited on us. And let me just say, absolute sweetheart. This wonderful lady kept our drinks full, and very pleasant conversation in between waiting. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, we also had fries and they were just as tasty. My kids had a blast thanks pizza hut. Kinda still wish you had the old salad bar in the middle like it was when I was a kid. But nonetheless, absolutely will be going back. Great prices, even better pizza and service.

Drove 40 mins (one way) ordered the pizza ten minutes out from the restaurant, ate it in the car just so we’re clear it wasn’t sitting. The pizza was way overcooked. I mean so much so my meat was hard, the cheese was rubber, barely any sauce made it an absolute disaster. I would’ve rather had a totinos pizza. I know Pizza Hut does a test Pizza before opening (or they’re suppose to) and I can’t imagine they would think this was acceptable to be serving people all day. Won’t be back

We ordered carry out and thy didn’t let us eat inside. Like I get it, we chose carry out but you have tables what’s the harm in letting us sit on them and eat so these babies didn’t have to eat in the car. I swear that’s why I never go to Pizza Hut. Service is terrible.

Over the last year this location has gone to absolute junk due to poor staffing which I am sure is due to requirements set by the franchise. Today was the last order I will ever make with them that was cancelled after an hour of waiting on food to be delivered only to have to call and find out that they will not even have a driver for another 4 hours. Staff is either so backed up or just doesn’t care enough to even make a call to let a person waiting on their doors know anything. A simple call much earlier and I would have probably just drive up there for my order. This place needs a lot of work to ever be considered to use it again.

I dined in today and told the server I was going to order for myself and do the “kids eat free” personal pan pizza special advertised at the entrance for my kids. After paying I realized I was charged for the kids pizzas and when I asked about it the employee told me “oh yeah I was busy and forgot to take that off.” They started pulling some cash out of the register and I thought it was to refund the pizza but they took it somewhere else. When I asked for a refund they said only the manager could do that and the manager wasn’t there. When I asked what could be done to fix it they just shrugged and went back to work.
I’ve never seen anything like this but just be careful if you decide to come here and have an idea of what kind of service you’ll receive. Based on some of the other reviews here it looks like this is just how this place operates. I wish I had read reviews before giving my money to this business but hopefully others will read this review before making the same mistake I did.

April is AMAZING! I ordered delivery and she called right away to tell me her driver hadn’t show up yet. Would I like to wait or pick up. She apologized so many times. Honestly not her fault. Things happen no biggie. She was super sweet about it. Love her!

Myself and my two young boys came in to eat after Squared Silly Halloween fest. With that being said, it was us and two other small groups in there. We placed an order for 1 large pizza and cinnamon sticks at 7:45. At 8:15 the cashier came and brought us our cinnamon sticks. I thought it was a bit odd when after 10 minutes we still didn’t have our pizza and my boys of course wanted to dig into the dessert… Finally she came back over and told me the cook forgot to make our pizza. I waited for over 30 minutes with a 2 year old and five year old to be told it would be another 30 minutes until our pizza was ready. She then said I can just charge you for the cinnamon sticks and drinks… ummmmm yeaaah wasn’t planning on paying for a pizza I never received. Face palm. (We left because I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes with my two tired and hungry kids).. Kind of surprised I was even charged for the drinks and cinnamon sticks after that but fine. This was also our first and last time dining here. 🙂
