All around horrible experience. We ordered pizza to enjoy after a long week of work. Just for a over cooked crap pizza that tasted stale with hardly any sauce on it. Pepperoni were dry and old tasting, the little sauce on it tasted old. Don’t get me started on the chicken balls they call boneless wings. We all know how expensive wings are right now so nothing is more disappointing when you recieve chicken balls the size of quarter swimming in a watery sauce soup. Yummy!? Tried to get a refund but was directed to there chat to which they forwarded the information over. It took 6 days to get a response and the regional manager decided to give me a $40 dollar credit that I did not ask for, I requested my money back. So now that I have declined that offer I will see my money in 7-10 days by mail in the form of a check instead of just reversing my payment. Pizza hut has fallen from the grace it was once placed in and the chain just needs to be buried. Crap food. Crap service. Crap company. Save your money, time, dignity and just go somewhere else.

I had a problem with my recent order, but the supervisor, Jonas, was absolutely amazing in how he handled it. He listened patiently to my issue and immediately worked to find a solution. He was so professional and friendly, and he made sure everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Because of Jonas, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. So I order a Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis, a triple chocolate brownie and 4 drinks for the kids, and did it for delivery. (Didn’t want to drive) Anyways I order at 7:38 pm waiting for the order. I am told it’ll be an hour and I’ll receive it at 8:30pm, no big deal. Well It gets to about 8:45 pm (I give them benefit of the doubt) and I then call the store and get put on hold right away for about 15 minutes. At this point I’m mad and frustrated so I get in my car and drive to the Pizza Hut. Low and behold I’m still on hold and they aren’t busy. The person who put me on hold was answer other phone calls that called recently but not mine. So I go up ask about my order and why it’s taking two hours, because it’s 9:30 at this point. She looks for it and hands me a cold box of pizza and a cold box of desert. I get home open it the pizza is cold and the brown is a cookie. I will not be going here anymore if this is the standard set by this store.

This is the second time We waited forever for our food to arrive. It was all cold and soggy. We bought our house 2 years ago and have had great service and food. At least once a week we would order. The last few months this Pizza Hut has gone downhill fast. The manager offered me my money back on the next order but I am not sure there will be one.There are to many pizza places in the area to go through this again. We live maybe 3 blocks away and there is no reasonable excuse for are food to be nasty and cold.

They are having a Special-any size pizza, any and all toppings you want, pan, hand-tossed, or thin crust, for $10! Carry out only. No tricks. No gimmicks. I went crazy! Lol.
The staff member who helped me was so pleasant and caring. I was limping from a fall, and she offered to help me to my car. She kept me smiling the whole time I was there. Wish I had gotten her name…
The place was clean and inviting, too. I had not been there before, but will certainly go back.
They offered vegetarian options, also, plus a nice selection of sodas and teas. Dessert options, too.
The place is small. It’s more of a carry-out or have your food delivered restaurant. Will be a terrific place to order party food from, especially with the deals they have going on, on a regular basis, from what I was told.
My pizza was So Good! They didn’t scrimp on any of the toppings. I’m still amazed that it was only $10. Fairly easy to see from Clear Creek Road, in a small strip mall. Highly, highly recommend. Wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking.
