I was blown away by how clean and tidy this restaurant was. I was greeted immediately and asked for my order. Every team member who checked in made sure I was taken care of while I waited. The food was fantastic and not overly greasy nor well done. I had given up on Pizza Hut nationwide, because of consistently bad experiences, but the Harker Heights location has given me new hope. The crew there is solid and I will bring my business back!

Came in at around 7:50 to order a pizza for my daughter and I. The manager in duty was super professional, respectful, and attentive. Helped me get the right pizza. Accommodated our order when there was an error. We didn’t even ask he was just super helpful. And I appreciate that. Thank you Michael

We ordered their fries and the portion size. We got was equal to maybe half of potato, and when I went back to question it, they said that’s the portion you get, and it’s like seven dollars. Its a potato

I attempted to place an order on the Pizza Hut website, and after adding an extra pizza, I attempted to remove it. Unfortunately, when I tried to process the order, it still displayed the original error from when I was placing the order and prompted me to call in my order instead. I did call in my order. That order was delivered. My bank statement this morning showed that Pizza Hut charged me twice. Pizza Hut charged me once for the order I received and was happy with, and also for the order that I was informed had an error during processing. The incorrect charge totaled $104.92. When I contacted the store manager today, he refused to talk to me, saying that the website and the store were separate, and told me to call the CS on the website. I was only able to initiate an online chat, but the CS rep that was chatting with me closed the chat because I’m slow at typing on a cell phone. But I was told that I was free to initiate another chat. Never, ever will I order from Pizza Hut again. NEVER!!!
The issue is still not resolved.
Three weeks later, the issue was resolved through action taken by my bank.

I put in request for many cinnamon rolls and a meat lover supreme, and they followed the order to the T. Thank you Pizza Hut. I would’ve been a better picture of the CB, but they didn’t make it thumbs up.

I called in and had no problem placing my order, though there was a slight hiccup when I arrived to pick up at the requested time. Because of this minor mishap, the manager promptly came and spoke with me. He assured me that he was going to make it a top priority to fix the issue. The customer service, and quality of pizza (once I received the proper pizza) were phenomenal. I am very pleased with the assistance the General Manager, Justin, gave me in my visit this evening. Thanks again.

No cheese packets or red pepper provided…. they want you to purchase this. I didn’t know this and if so I would have ordered elsewhere. My pizza was ok crust tasted very sweet. Also half the dining area is taken away for and area to fold pizza boxes… So this place is more an Express.
