Service was great
I believe the delivery guy took our order in store. Experience was great and my pizza instructions were perfectly followed (I like my pizza thin crust, easy sauce, well done & pie cut) this is the only place besides god fathers who got it right first time up. Super clean inside as well. Didn’t smell greasy. They have a great lunch deal too.

So I ordered a spicy marinara cheese stuffed crust pizza & Nashville Hot Wings. I ate the entire pizza but did not touch the wings & after a good 6-7 hours I got food poisoning. My throat started to swell, then my legs started to feel like thousands of tiny needles were being pushed into them all at once & after another 30 minutes I developed this massive headache that was so painful it forced me to vomit. It took almost a day to recover from this & once I did I threw the wings out. My grandmother had warned me about this location’s reputation of food poisoning & I should’ve listened. Someone needs to send an inspector into the building to make sure everything is fresh & not contaminated.

If I could I’d give them a 0 star review! My husband and I order a large 3 topping pizza and an order of what was supposed to be their 8 boneless wings in the garlic parmesan sauce, the wings were raw and the wrong flavor because instead of the garlic parmesan we ended up receiving the spicy garlic sauced wings and we had both ended up with the most horrible cases of diarrhea that you could ever imagine. Please avoid this pizza nightmare if you value your life.

Pizza looked great at first, but we soon realized the toppings were not cooked all the way! Really not a fan of eating raw onion. Really upset that I paid for this and only ate half of it. Staff didn’t really care that I was there, got a “Hey” from the cook.

We stopped by just a few minutes after opening, our food was done in just a few minutes. The staff were very nice and offered both of our daughters a complimentary cup of water because they had just finished their cross country meet right across the street. Great service!!

The pizza was well made….except the vegetables were raw. Also it tasted “flat” it needed salt or maybe add green olives. The pizza would be MUCH BETTER if you made the dough with yeast.

They completely messed my order up and supposedly gave me a credit for what was messed up at the beginning of August. They are now telling me I don’t can’t use the credit because it’s been over 30 days. I was not told it had to be used in 30 days. The Burkburnett pizza hut should have the managers replaced immediately this isn’t the first issue with them , but it will be the last.

Placed order online after the app crashed repeatedly. Order was paid for online and received confirmation. When trying to pick up order they did not have any record of it being placed. Showed the manager the web page showing correct location, date, paid status and confirmation that the order was ready to pick up. Waited while the manager called his manager to check card records only to be told there was no record of the charge. Showed the manager that I had a charge pending on my bank app. Was told the pending charge would go away. Showed no concern that I was not satisfied without any resolution. Was told I could place a new order online and then they would start making the pizzas.
