Everytime I go get food from here I do a carry out . I never have them deliver & I never dine in. But every single time I go through the drive through to pick up my pizza the 1st question they ask is “do you want to leave a tip?” If someone isn’t asking me how my food is, filling up my drinks, or asking me if I need anything else, I’m not going to tip them. I’m already paying you to make my food, I don’t see where a tip is necessary. I also don’t like being put on the spot about a tip. If I do plan on tipping, I will. I don’t need someone asking me about it. For this reason alone I will not be going back there & it’s just a few blocks away from my house.

Went to the bathroom and both bathrooms smelled like the sewer was backing up. It was enough to take your breath away. Service wasn’t good. Wasn’t 1or 2 cars outside. Could not find the grade with Wichita County anywhere. Do not know how they past there health inspection every month. I won’t be back.

The staff were extremely welcoming. Our waitress kept our drinks full and served our food promptly. The pizza didn’t leave a greasy feel on our hands and it was delicious!! The sit-in atmosphere was different to us but we are 100% sold!

We asked for extra sauce on the pizzas but there was not any. We’ve always loved the flavor of Pizza Hut sauce and were disappointed. The tv was very loud, and no one ever checked on us. We were the only ones dining in.

We normally eat pizza once or twice a week. This order was placed online and we picked it up. The time said roughly 35 minutes but it was actually ready within 20 minutes. The workers were nice and the pizza was really good. Pizza Hut is usually our go to and it did not disappoint!

Just had a fantastic lunch. The service was great and the Pizza and salad was delicious. Super clean and easy to get to off the highway (About 10 minutes). Wish we still had these sit down resterants in our neck of the woods. TVs for sports and news also.

A 14 minute order took 50 minutes and was not even correct. Pizza was doughy and tasted like canned pizza crust. Employee kept touching his long loose hair. Save time and money and go get a frozen pizza it will taste better.

I came today around 1230 for the buffet. The food was good. There was a nice selection. However EVERY table was dirty. Some tables still had drinks from previous patrons. I also seen other patrons including myself wait for drinks we ordered. We all had to go to the front counter and ask again for our drinks. I looked to the front desk a couple times and the person there was just standing there doing nothing. Tables still dirty, people still waiting on drinks.

First who takes the orders is it some ordering system because all I asked for was a large cheese pizza thin crust easy sauce and a medium pepperoni pizza then crust. I repeated this order seven times to the person on the phone and then when I got to Pizza Hut I asked the person at the window if my order was which I repeated to him and he stated it was. When I called I was informed that they would fix the order but I had to pick it up since it was a pick up and not a delivery, and my point is it was totally their mistake and they did nothing to fix it which would’ve been to deliver the pizza that I ordered so therefore they receive the one.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could I ordered a pizza from kemp at got all the way home my pizza was burnt.I drive all the way back the manger tries to argue with me and tell me the pizza wasn’t burnt.Then he tells me he could make another one but it will probably come out the same way.I told him I usually go to the pizza hut on jacksboro hwy and they have never given me a burnt pizza.Never coming back to this location again from now on the jacksboro hwy.The nerve of this socalled manger arguing with me he must be high or something.
