Decided to eat in tonight and it was well worth it. The app messed up and our order just disappeared. Payment went through but the order didn’t. Manager did everything in his power to help and brought us out a piping hot delicious pizza. I sadly didn’t catch his name but he definitely made our night tonight so thank you ☺️

Takes a miracle to get someone to help you in this place. 20 minute wait after the order should have been ready and managers yelling at staff from the back area to the lobby when customers were present. Very unprofessional

Look I used to really like pizza hut but the last time I went there to eat with my friend we ordered two large thin crust pizzas with jalapenos and mushroom and hamburger and a couple of small Dr Pepper sodas and it cost us $50. I couldn’t believe it because there wasn’t much to it and I really do like that place but now I will have to rethink it. If you eat here do not order large pizzas it’s a rip-off

They only have bottle soda, no fountain drinks. At first it was warm and later the ac was turned down and pleasant. I had a personal pan pizza and it was just okay. Other Pizza Hut have tasted better.

So tried the new Chigacgo pizza today. That was the worst pizza I have ever tasted! The dough was horrible and they barely had any toppings. I thought this was made by hand but I think it’s all frozen and then cooked. I buy frozen pizzas for about 5 bucks and it turns out way better. Keep your cardboard pizza, NO THANKS

Don’t know about the inside. We picked up another’s pizza for them at the pickup window. The lady at the window was very nice. The order was not ready yet and asked us to pull around the front. She brought it to us when it was done.
