Tried to eat buffet arrived at 1:21. No one said buffet would close 9 minutes later at 1:30. I did get a few slices of cold old pizza. I had to get ice tea as they wert coming around to do refills. Definitely will not eat here again and I cannot recommend this place. I should had been informed that buffet was all but over and there would be no more fresh pizza or anything else on the buffet table. They were Jonny on the spot to cash me out.

My daughter and I are here for the lunch buffet. So far I’ve watched two customers have to grab their own silverware from the front. The servers don’t stop and ask if you need anything. The servers trash talked a customer who got tired of waiting and left their check up front. The only customer interaction I saw and heard was the server loudly talking about how her boyfriend cheated on her and was caught by his Apple Watch. Pizza Hut please do better!

It is good to know that there are still some dine in pizza restaurants, for some time, they have been disappearing little by little.
Nice clean restaurant, with several large screen TVs, family environment; friendly waiters with a great variety menu, wings, salads, desserts, and many toppings and types of pizzas. Looking forward to going back.

By far the best experience I’ve had in a long time at a buffet style dine in experience! Customer service is off the chain here and they look happy to be serving you too! The quality of the food also was top notch everything was fresh the whole dine in experience. The buffet came with a salad and this monster was premium.

To say this Pizza Hut is GREAT is an understatement. I am in the Roanoke area for the summer. I have received the best service & food from this location and I’ve been to many as we are a Pizza Hut loving family. We have gone to the daily buffet, picked up take out & had it delivered and each time it’s been fantastic. The managers and team are always friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for getting back to basics and making your customers happy. It’s truly a rarity these days.

For other locations the items in the 7$ deal lovers promotion the things cost $7 like the promotion says but this location chooses to do shady business
