Had the new pizza melts and they were phenomenal! Wish they’d keep them on the menu. I love in Sanger but I only ever order pizza hut when I am in Pilot Point. Our location isn’t very good, but Pilot Point is insane. Love the staff, love the quality. This is always my go to place.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I always tip and I’m literally 5 minutes away. I order delivery for the convenience of it.. there have been at least 5 times now that the driver has forgotten an item and had to drive back to the store just to get a coke or a DP…. Like why can’t you get it together when you’re there… I wouldn’t care if it was like one or 2 times, but 5 times … Come on man…. Pizza is 70/30… Meaning 70% of your pizzas will be good, the other 30 is burnt or squished when you receive it.. again, I ain’t picky, but come on….

I’ve been going to the Pilot Point Hut for a few years. The pizza & service has always been great! The very few times of a minor mishaps the management (Del) & all the staff has always stepped up to make things right. Because of the consistency of food & service this will always be my Hut of choice.

Don’t call someone 10 minutes before their delivery is supposed to be delivered with the message that you don’t do deliveries until later. You really put people in a bind. And had already taken the money for said delivery.

The sauce/toppings/cheese did not cover the entire pizza up to the edge of crust. One pizza did not have the crust flavoring so, being complete would help as well.
