The restaurant on Beach/Golden Triangle in Fort Worth is awful and scams. They scam their customers by stealing money. When you order online food you are charged but dont send the items order in full, dont compensate refund, or attach credit to missing food. I wouldn’t use the online order function. I was told that there would be a credit for the missing item since they stated they were out of stock and couldn’t fulfill the order. I was not refunded the money or credit wasn’t placed on my account.

This whole store needs to be replaced the employees aren’t on the same page. There was a younger guy giving the cashier a really bad attitude just for asking about an order that was supposed to be picked up. The manager or whoever that older man was just stared at customers walking in no greeting no welcome nothing. Picked up two New Yorker pizzas terrible the bread was too hard like a rock disappointed never going back.

Ordered a Supreme, and the pizza we received was short on the Supreme. This pizza looks like a pepperoni pizza. We picked up in store and should have looked at the pizza prior to leaving with it.Lesson learned, Don’t back here again. I was very dissatisfied with this pizza

Got delivery of stuffed crust and the bottom was literally slightly over raw. You’d pick up a slice and everything would fall off because it just flopped. This is actually the second time it’s happened, we figured the first was a fluke. Never ordering from here again. It’s so expensive for not even mediocre pizza. (The delivery was fast, that is the only reason for 2 stars.)

Employees are to buys foreplaying with each other. They don’t want to help customers. I placed an order online. Went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready. Short guy said we just got it give us 8 minutes. I sit down. I hear all of them saying oh we got free food they canceled the order, your favorite wings. 15 min pass and I ask them again. He looks at me all mad and say “maam your food is still cooking”. While they where claiming they had free food. One of them said oh I forgot to put the thin pizza in the oven. I realized that I was one in my order. My advise don’t waste your time going to this location. Go somewhere else there is plenty of other pizza joints

I ordered a simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza for my workers and sent my assistant to pick it up. The store gave my assistant the wrong order, and yet they had the audacity to call me with an attitude, claiming we took the wrong order. The behavior of the female worker on 10/07/2024 at 1:55 PM was simply unacceptable.

I called in an order on Friday 13, 2024 for cheesy bread and a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I should have checked my pizza before I left. I was eating the cheesy bread on the way home. It was burnt or cooked too long. These places just don’t care what and how they serve you. Very disappointed about this visit
