Did an order online, and used the drive thru window to pick it up. The guy at the window was busy goofing off with the girl working. They gave me half my order, and I had to ask the guy to get the rest of it. Then the pizza toppings were very poorly placed. One pizza had 2 toppings and it was missing any toppings on two slices of pizza. Literally just cheese. Normally dont have a problem with this location so im not sure whats going on.

I have dined in my times and enjoyed it. But, the Veggie Lovers take out was a terribly dry without much sauce and cold pizza by the time I got home 15 mins later. Super disappointed for a $17+ pizza.

These fools sent me a pasta without a “lid” to keep it in. Of course my pasta is everywhere and scattered around however it is still in the “pizza box” These guys tell me it is my fault.
The 2 people I spoke with tells me there are no lids for a pasta. BTW took almost an hour to speak to some one about this. With that said and I quote ” there are no lids” . A different guy gets on the line and hangs up on me.

Placed my order 5 minutes before 4pm on a Tuesday. Was told it would be delivered in 21-31 minutes. 45 minutes later I had to call and check the status. My order arrived almost 10 minutes later. The pizza was almost well done, which I didn’t request. I also asked for contactless delivery. The driver didn’t look to see that. The Cinnabon order was also over cooked.
I’m nitpicking this order but it all is is just carelessness. I would have appreciated a call to tell me how late my order would be, for the employees inside to just pay more attention to the orders and for the drivers to read the instructions on the order.

Childhood favorite but there’s just so many other pizza places out there. So in my personal opinion, any fast food pizza is 3 star at best. Service is great though.

This Pizza Hut is exceptionally run. I eat here once a week. I have never had a messed up order or bad food. Every employee seems to pay attention to detail. The cooks are great just the right amount of sauce & cheese. Not skimpy or trying to cut corners. The food is hot, made correctly and taste like my childhood memories. Im so happy to eat here each week. I look forward to it.
