This is our 3rd time coming to this location and it’s pretty good. The pizza was not too greasy, but they did not skip on the sauce so the cheese literally slipped out of the bread when picked up.

The quality of this food is even worse than the FM423 location. It’s not the ingredients its the lack of care and poor preparation that makes the food bad. When prepared and cooked properly Pizza Hut is pretty damn good. These guys need to get it together. The food is hardly editable. I won’t be back.

This location has amazing employees. The manager Maddie was extremely patient and kind to me. When I had to call back about my order, she fixed and took care of everything immediately. I know mistakes happen but it’s about how they handled the situation and was extremely kind.

Being a vegetarian, I ordered a cheese pizza with jalapeño peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When my pizza was delivered, the pizza delivery guy wasn’t the friendliest person. He didn’t even speak and just handed my pizza to me, hardly said a word, and walked the hell off. He must really love his delivery job, right? WRONG. My pizza wasn’t a vegetarian pizza. My pizza had pepperoni and sausage, along with the veggie toppings that I initially ordered. It was a huge pain in the rear picking off the meat toppings. I also asked for extra sauce, and they hardly put any sauce on my pizza. I’m officially done with Pizza Hut. This is exactly why Domino’s Pizza is significantly better.

There is a new girl with pink hair working there in the AM. She is extremely rude. “What do you want” Is how I was greeted at the register, then set my cup about 4 ft away from me and walked away. Far cry from the very friendly blonde girl and bearded gentleman that are typically there. Pitiful that this type of customer service is ever allowed.

Can you please update your address information for your delivery area! There are a lot of new addresses in your delivery area. We have lived here for nearly 2 years, and our address still shows unavailable, yet my neighbor 4 houses down from an older phase is in your system.
