I go to this Pizza Hut and pick up my order. I check it each time it’s done and VERY seldom do I see an issue. All of my pizzas have been satisfying and well prepared. The current management works with me if I disagree, which has been VERY seldom, and management has been professional.

I ordered online at 6:11 and was told 20-30 minutes. I arrived at the store at 6:30, and did not get my pizza until 7:00. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even came out front to check if I’d been helped. There were 4 other people there waiting with me. When I got home this is what my pizza looked like. The pieces were unevenly cut, some were big, others were tiny. It was also not hot and the cheese wasn’t melted like it should have been… It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Frankly, if I could give no stars, I would.

Asked for curbside and waited 15 minutes and nobody showed. Went inside waited another 5 mins finally got my pizza. Got home and the pizza wasn’t hand tossed in my opinion and not 1/2 and 1/2 like I ordered with extra sauce.

This is the worse Pizza Hut ever. There is always something wrong with the food here and half the time you never get your whole order. Today I didn’t get my drink and my pizza came burnt. Then when you call this location they never answer their phone.

They messed up two orders, one order they messed up twice. Found multiple hairs in my pizza and they never get anything right. How do they stay in business!!??!!?? Lucky I don’t file a corporate complaint and call services against them. Stay farrrr away from this place!!

There is an older woman who works at this location that I have encountered at VERY late closing on a few occasions. She is an AMAZING employee! I am talking about showing up 5+ minutes after closing due to family emergencies and she has been SUPER kind EVERY SINGLE TIME. I recently (two days ago) went in a few minutes after closing and she treated not only me but a doordash employee BEYOND kindly AFTER closing!!! I always make it a point to tip her but my grandmother got taken to the hospital that night and all my little one wanted was pizza and it definitely slipped my mind but she was still SO KIND!! I WILL make it a point to visit again and get her name to either update this or leave a new review. She is an angel on earth!
